I'm beginning to worry about my mind. The scene were everyone thinks Oz has realized he fucked up for shooting Alberto... I honestly took at as the guy had shit his pants when he died (as one does) and the smell hit Oz right before he says, "Fuuucckk." Later, during the Look at the Sunrise scene, Cobb says [I should put you in the trunk with Stinky.] I took that as corroboration. I have not heard anyone else have this take. I understand the odd feeling about Sofia - she's totally a strong female protagonist, but the psychosis definitely gives a taste of trope. It's tricky, because Sofia as a character _is_ crazy, both here and in the source material, so it's not something imposed from outside - but you're right, the crazy woman does feel played out in media, so it feels slightly off.
