Good tip! It's smart to give the horse grain AFTER being led to the barn. So many people screw up by bribing horses with a bucket of grain in the pasture. Then you'll end up always having to bring grain to catch the horse. It would be inconvenient if you have to quickly grab your horse in an emergency and you don't happen to have grain with you.
