Mutton Biryani is the king of all biryanis. There are many types of biryani, whose names are often based on their region of origin. For example, Sindhi biryani developed in the Sindh region of what is now Pakistan, and Hyderabadi biryani developed in the city of Hyderabad in South India. MAKE THIS EID SPECIAL FOR YOU LOVED ONES
MUTTON BIRYANI RECIPE.
INGREDIENTS.:
½ Cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic paste
1 Tbsp Ginger paste
5 large Onions - Sliced and fried
1kg Mutton meat
1 ¾ Tsp Salt - Adjust to taste
1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
1 ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
400ml Boiled Water - To Cook meat
2 Tomatoes
1 ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
3 Tbsp Greek Style Yogurt
2 Small Potatoes - Cut Into Cubes
1 Packet Sindhi Biryani Mix
3 Green Chillies
1 ½ Tsp Garam Masala
400ml Boiled Water - For Gravy
Handful Chopped Coriander
Garnishing:
2 Tbsp Ghee
Handful Fried Onions
2 Green Chillies
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Orange Food Colour
Yellow food colour
Rice:
1 Bay Leaf
2 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
3 Black Cardamom
1kg Basmati Rice (soaked in water for 2 hours at)
4 Tsp Salt
Water for Boiling Approx. 2.5 Litres
