- Who were the 'daughters of Tzelafchad', and who was their mysterious father? Why was it so important for them to inherit a portion in the Promised Land? Our story offers us a profound lesson in the secret of Motherhood.
In Loving Memory of our daughter Ora, a true Mother in Israel.
The Torah portion of Pinchas (Numbers 25 : 30 : 1) is read on Shabbat, Tammuz 21, 5784 - July 27, 2024

😢 I didn't know Ora Chasia, but because you mean so much to me, Rabbi Richman, your loss of your lovely daughter grieves me excessively.
Prayers for you and your wife and extended family (which includes all the people you mean so much to).
This is such a beautiful teaching! Listening to you gave me hope as someone who left an abusive relationship. There is such peace here. Hearing about women being courageous with feminine family values is so refreshing to hear instead of the empty, woke feminist values being pushed on women today. Women can be uplifting, inspiring, and strong in their faith while serving in a feminine, nurturing role. Thank you and Shabbat Shalom!
Well said
May Hashem bless you always and thankyou for posting. May the memory of your beautiful daughter be for a blessing.

I am unhappy that Pinchas had to kill. But I'd like to claim "the peace of the Lord" for myself. In that respect, I am fond of this comparison.
