I think the irony is that most essays that have been reviewed by essay coaches end up sounding as “fluffy” and “anonymous” as the ChatGPT version. They encourage the same formulas (problem/solution, emotional hook, descriptive words that evoke sensory or emotional responses) None of the essays I’ve seen on any YouTuube channel read like anything any teenager I know sounds

it's very helpful with the limited words essays, Sometimes the only help you need is to get rid of 1 or 2 words to meet the limit.

My tip: Ask it to make the essay sound more raw, emotional, and human. Works well.

im using it to help me fix grammar and help me reduce sentence word count because its sometimes hard to fit words with a tight limit. do u think that is ok?

@@prathamvankar2401 yes its like having ur essays edited which some students get by paying so much money. I can't afford those services so I just use gpt to enhance my weak points. I'm scared the colleges might end up being biased n reject 😭

      That's a 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. (Most United States schools use a 4.0 scale.)

Most kids will! Essays are LAME! The numbers speak for themselves:
    1. ACT/SAT Scores
    2. Your ability to pay
    3. List of accomplishments (definitely athletic)
    4. How many endowments your parents have made
How many college essays have football athletes written that actually made any sense and were decent examples of written English? Are you kidding me!

I used chatgpt to determine which fallacy or logical error you have made in your cryptic claim. Here is its response:
The statement you provided doesn't necessarily contain a specific logical fallacy, but it does appear to make a generalization or assumption about college essays written by football athletes without providing any concrete evidence or data to support the claim. This could be considered a form of hasty generalization, where a broad conclusion is drawn based on limited or anecdotal evidence.
It's important to remember that the quality of college essays can vary widely among individuals, including football athletes. Making sweeping judgments about their writing abilities without specific information or evidence is not a fair or accurate assessment. It's always best to evaluate each essay on its own merits rather than making assumptions based on stereotypes or generalizations.
Do not do this action again or chatgpt will come for you. Thank you and have an incredible day.
      Sincerely,
      Bagel

nah u wrong wrong. Its important. You dont even need to be a great writer to write a great essay, and they matter quite a lot when you reach the competitive schools. The numbers themselves only tell a part of the story
