Change management is a growing industry and Mary has 20 years of experience helping people, teams and organizations drive adoption. Mary is certified in Prosci as a Change Management Practitioner, has her PMP project management certification, and has both an MS in Info Systems and an MBA. She also has earned a DTM from Toastmasters, where she learned the power of storytelling.
