I recently appeared for my IELTS exams and got an overall 7 then I was told that I need to have a clinical experience and if not my chances of getting a job is low but I know they hire Freshers as well, so I am kind of confused. I completed my BSC nursing in November 2020 and have a clinical experience of 01 Year and since 2022 July I have been working as a Nursing tutor. Will I be able to get a job in the UK? If not through the NHS then through some other private organizations?

It's better to have atleast one year of experience, you just have to show past 3 years of experience.

Yes, I too heard about it but couldn't find these kind of employer. I had also more than 8 years of experience but I had to accept the entry level salary of band 5. :)
