Resignation Dena padta hey if u have got job
aa sakte ho but agar aapke hospital ko pata chal gaya toh they can take any action against you ..it’s better ki aap proper channel se aao 👍

Cos k baad aap apply karoge visa k liye UKVI main apna account banaoge and details bharoge and appointment fix karoge VFS centre ka..VFS centre main appointment k baad 3 weeks tak lagte h visa aane main 👍

Or you got band 4 highest salary in that month

So before Osce you get band 4 highest salary and the day you get your PIN NUMBER from NMC from that day you will get your band 5 highest salary 👍

As long as you are registered under your state council as a registered nurse in India and pass your English language competency test and crack all the things you are eligible

Didi but govt job me 3 month ka notice Dena padta he na? U said after receiving cos we have to resign. Does it mean we have to work more 2 months in govt?
Yes you have to work for 3 months in the notice period ,you will get salary as usual 👍

yes if your employer is ready to give it to you , you can apply directly in a trust which is nearby to you by filling online application 👍

Do we need pcc valid till OSCE
Yes we need but the problem is that pcc is valid for just 6 months so I would suggest you ki pcc and tb test you should so at the last of your whole process so that it also remain valid by the time you would have your OSCE👍👍
But if your pcc also gets expired when you are about to give your OSCE no problems ..you will also get a DBS check from UK which is just like your police clearance from UK that is also valid and tb certificate they don’t check in OSCE (I think tb certificate is only needed when you apply for visa otherwise I hadn’t shown it anywhere😂)
