Tiramisu in spherical shapes are very creative. However, the lady's fingers in the middle are too wet. The difficult part of soaking the lady's fingers to make them have coffee flavour and at the same time, it shouldn't be too wet. I won't like the lady's fingers but I love the cheese & the cookie. Usually, I don't use soaked lady's fingers because of that. Although it's not totally Italian, I prefer to have coffee sponge cake to substitute the lady's fingers instead. The cake texture is a lot better than soft wet soaked lady's fingers. Brushing liquid into cakes & cookies is not an easy technique. Once when it is too wet, no matter how the flavour gets into the cakes or cookies, they won't taste good.
