    Basque cheesecake is a unique cheesecake baked without a base. The recipe is very interesting because the cheesecake is baked for a relatively short time, but at a high temperature. Plus without flour and in this case also without sugar. Serve Basque cheesecake only when completely cooled. The cheesecake cuts perfectly, but is delicate and creamy. Kept in the refrigerator, it will stay fresh for at least six days. Before serving, I recommend decorating it with fresh fruit. You can also sprinkle it with sugar on top, which should then be immediately baked with a burner.
    In today's recipe, matcha is a unique addition. Thanks to it, our cheesecake will take on a pleasant green color. Additionally, the taste will be enriched with notes of ground green tea. ENJOY!
    Ingredients:
    500g cream cheese
    300 ml heavy whipping cream
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup powdered erythritol
    1 tsp vanilla beans
    2 tsp matcha powder
