@Daniel Ray isn't wrong. Unless it's because they'd doing a demo....but even then, u can always tell how someone _moves,_ if they can _really_ fight and i didn't see that in these guys...
It's not a diss - it's very common for seasoned fighters to be able to beat police, military etc... They just don't do enough training to be really good. Most of their training is other stuff - not hand to hand.

would I be right in thinking the Marines training sessions are more "physical" with no holding back..for realism ??

Are you serious? As if any of this would ever be used in a combat situation. Soldiers, even special forces behind enemy lines, are never alone. His mate would shoot the enemy, before the enemy shoots him! To imagine both the solitary marine, and the solitary enemy attacker are BOTH out of ammo, squaring off in some jungle clearing, is the stuff of movies, not reality. Any operator who is without ammo would use his rifle as a club 1st, combat knife 2nd, run away 3rd, surrender 4th. Army Unarmed Combat may be practiced as a form of Physical Training (PT) but these guys emphasis is on other, more important and useful skills.

@@markformstonformston420 you would know from an ex servicemen that CQB has a decently large emphasis on hand to hand. If all shit did hit the fan and a stopage occured in main weapon system and secondary then scrapping is the only way. And for arrest and restraint of non compliant civ pop. Yes this is heavily put on for the show tho I won't lie. But it is taught quite a lot in urban CQB.

i was about to say, this is stupid (just like those shopping center demos karate schools used to do are inherently stupid) when immediately one of them fly-kicks his mate without pulling the kick...Idiotic.
Then some muppet in the crowd will do it to someone (probably a kid in school) and ppl get hurt... not unlike the dude here, who would have got hurt.
U should never show random public and kids martial combat. It's always better that only people who make an effort to learn are the only ones who get to see it. (I know YT exists and I know ppl can learn how to fight all over the place but this is gross for too many reasons for me to write).
