Dont need a master class. We have knowledge from pizzaiolo's like yourselves and other pizza masters like Tony Gemignani (The Goat) who taught us well. I can now say there are plently pizza masters here that learned just by watching and experimenting with dough. Im better now than i was 5 years ago! Grazie 🇮🇹

I'm a bit puzzled. Everywhere I read that traditional Neapolitan pizza does not contain honey and olive oil.
This is not a critique because the pizza's look very lovely, soft and crunchy. I just want to know the purpose of the honey and olive oil.
