The seller must decide whether to accept the guaranteed money or risk fortune or failure in the auction room. Of course, placing one's trust in a positive auction outcome is a gamble in itself! Will they make the right choice?

Unbeleieable confidence of poverty striken people selling their junk stuff, they look like villains from Dicken's novels.
Pure greed with the Olympic cup nearly double the money he paid for it and offer was well within the estimate glad it fell short at auction 😂😂😂

The necklace at the end David why did you turn down 800 probably because of him and auctioneer estimate 1000 to 1200 and told him if 1000 not on the table go to auction. He was lucky this time they beat the offer but it was very close and didn't reach the lower estimate
Why the hell! Would you sell something for £100 less than its worth... This has to be staged
Cash in hand with no commission to take off, against an estimate of what it might make in auction with commission to be deducted.....
