5 years, 6,500 hectares restored | IKI Kwale

For five years, with support from the International Climate Initiative (IKI), WWF-Kenya worked with local communities, the Kenya Forest Service, and the Kwale County Government to restore state forests, Kaya forests, and agricultural farmlands through the IKI Kwale. By December 2023, the project had put under direct restoration 6,500 hectares.
