May I suggest some other tips? Always have normal bandages and tobacco bandages ready. You'll never know when you'll need them. Never drink dirty water. 46W 26S is a good place for building a camp as well. Fishing and hunting increases your sanity. Don't carry things that you don't need at the moment. Red and blue mushrooms kill parasites. If it looks poisonous, it probably is (congrats for having functional survival instincts btw). You're not a cow so don't eat leaf (unless you're sure it's beneficial). Coconuts are probably the best items in the game. And always start a fire under a ceiling

I think the heart of palm can give you protein as well. I say think because I harvested it from a plant and not from cutting down. IDK what it was but it gave a fair amount of protein and like 45 carbs I think. Also can this plant be grown in a planter box?

Which tree for the nuts? Only saw the bottom of the tree, And do they drop in the beginning area? I haven’t found any nuts yet so my carbs is always at 0 :( I’ve found everything else though lol. Thanks for the video :)
Brazilian nuts are found under the big trees with the special vines to make in a potion. Those are also used to make fishing rods. As well as you can use the meat of the nut as bait.
You can’t craft pots. But there’s always one at the drug camp. Also has a wooden spoon there. I do not think it respawns. Also only one player can pick it up in co op.

There was a glitch where the pot at delta camp would respawn, But they removed that pot from the game. So there is unfortunately only one now.

Goliath Bandage is when to use?
It does the same as the normal ash bandage. (Heals lacerations, scratches, abrasions.)
