    I’ve been looking through all my resources to try and bring new ideas to the team, I remembered you sharing this when I went through service systems and it brought back some good ideas and memories, making connections is what its all about you can’t win every call but you can provide a 5 star experience on every call regardless of the sale and that’s the most important part
