Opioids work best for me and are the easiest on my body. Norco, Tylenol 3 if I have a really bad pain, otherwise yes, Tylenol and Advil 800mg are ok but hurt my stomach if I take more than a day or two.. Also, Pilates, core exercises, staying in the right bmi, and being careful with my body has been my solution. Massage, acupuncture, and especially chiropractors are all a big joke and just a huge waste of money! Acupuncture hurts and they poke other places that have no pain but after they do. My back hurts and he puncture my hand..now it hurts to play guitar, my profession. Skip that quackery, chiropractors just push you beyond what your body can do on its own. It's wear and tear and trauma is wrong to do and expensive racket to get involved in. Lastly, massage is fun and enjoyable on a rare rare occasion, personally I find it dirty and don't enjoy putting random oils all over. The skin is an organ and interface to the body, why do OU think a patch works to deliver medicine, therefore those oils go to your body and who knows what they are made of, probably petroleum real great for the body, sure.. I hate the sudden demon posing of opioids. Screw those idiots who do it for the high, I'm just trying to live with less pain so I can work longer, study, and be more productive without eating away at my insides with NSAIDs!
