I'm pretty sure Krisuno did a Thumpstar 125 w/ that motor.... It doesn't matter what bike it is, it's still a beautiful machine and I really, really want one.

Nice work! What material do you print your battery box, if it's PLA shouldn't that be a problem in the summer?
Nano-reinforced petg. Solid plastic. Proven to be Quite robust over the last 2 years.

Hopefully you guys can make conversion kits for full size dirt bikes. I've been looking for a conversion kit for a KTM or Husqvarna frame.

what size battery are you powering the qs 138 with? would the 72v 20ah on your site do the job? seems a little small for that motor but I dont know much..

Yeah, you shouldn't have abandoned your channel because it's the ONLY source of info on those conversion kits. I didn't even know you got some ready to sell! BTW, the ktm 65 seems to be REALLY hard to find. I've been shopping for one lately and they're either inflated priced lately or just rare. You of done a SSR conversation kit since they seem decent quality, common and dirt cheap

the qs 138 v2 im fairly certain is a direct bolt on for those engine mounts

qs138 v1 and v3 have origine sproket off shit..in 100 km with my atv ( yamaha warrior) all are dead..welding are your friend👍

I have a Ktm 50 mini I’d like to convert. Is your emx kit able to be dialed back a ton? The KTMs are the most testy piece of shit bikes we’ve ever owned. Top ends every 15-25 hours, never wants to start, etc. I own a race car shop so the fabrication side is easy.
Arhh doesn't look like pit bike looks like kids diet bike?? What about for a tail pit bike
