Minerva Mills Case is one of the most celebrated constitutional cases in the Indian legal history which applied Kesavananda Bharati Case and explained the meaning of Basic Structure of Indian Constitution when 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act tried to introduce Article 368(4) and Article 368(5). Supreme Court declared that Fundamental Right given in Part 3 of Indian Constitution can't be overridden by the Directive Principles of State Policy given in Part 4 of Constitution of India.
