I travel around Arizona a lot and I have yet to find a waterfall this spectacular and this accessible. It's literally less than a three minute walk from the parking lot. You have to see this!
There is a $5 fee to park at the trailhead parking lot so make sure you bring cash. Map to parking lot: goo.gl/maps/vv...
I don't know the technical name of this waterfall. I've seen it referred to as Hidden Fall, Secret Fall and Proctor Fall. Take your pick. Whatever you want to call it, I can vouch for it being very beautiful and easy to get to.
When I was there there were no beer cans, cigarette butts, diapers or other rubbish. Let's keep it that way. Pack in, pack out and leave no trace. It costs you nothing to take care of the land and helps keep it accessible for years to come.
By the way, there are dozens of smaller falls to see if you take the trail upstream.
I’ve been there a few times went down in the falls. Pretty cool you can go up top as well on that dirt road. To camp in a few different places.😊
Cool little spot.
Oh my gosh! How Excellent! Thank you for sharing! 👍

Thank you for this video !
Glad it was helpful!
I've been to Madera but always wondered where the falls was located.
There are quite a few different falls depending on the trail you take, time of year. Lots of springs in the area too. The Santa Ritas have a lot to offer!
The Proctor family is still around. They own property in the Canyon.
What time/month of year was this video shot?
March
Does that flow year round?
No, it does not. Your best bet is springtime and monsoon season when snowmelt or rain are coming down from the peaks to the east.
At 1 minute
Lol nothing secret about proctor Falls!!
