Its not hard to see all of the evil and hatred in this country. @@sixchiensblancs I appreciate the offer. I lived in the city of Detroit, Michigan for ten years. We used to go fishing in Canada all of the time. Last year I had a bad experience in your country. I mistakenly went across the border in my 18 wheeler looking for a truck wash. When I realized that I was going in to Canada it was to late for me to turn around. They held me up and went through my truck like I was a drug trafficker. Ever since then I have been like," fuck canada". They did me real dirty. While they was checking my truck i'm sure all kinds of drugs went in to Canada.

      We are living in the past. These White ignorant, Racist, feel emboldened by the White KKK, in the WH. What an appropriate name. How is it possible that if you a punching me, you pull a gun, and I shot my self with your gun? These folks have no respect for People of Color. She had no idea what had happened. She’s not the police, but because she had a gun, she felt she had the right to take his life, because she didn’t consider him innocent. Her crocodile tears aren’t fooling anyone. She could be free to live her racist life out of prison if she hadn’t let her hate control her mind. There’s no ground for citizens arrest. He never had a chance to go back to the accident, that didn’t involve her, and because of the hate propagated from the Racist in the WH, she thought this was ok. Sad.

White people in this country kill each other every day, as do all other races, and yet I never hear the phrase “white on white crime”. According to the most recent statistics, 89% of black people are killed by black people and 86% of white people are killed by white people. The stats are the same across all races in this country.

      I think there are a lot of reasons for this, and I'm not a psychologist, but my guess is that a lot of it has to do with the Internet, social media and how it has isolated people from real human interaction. I also think that because people can say and do anything online without consequences, they 'forget' that the real world doesn't work like that.
      In the "old days" the ignorant people would spout off to someone, and typically be ignored. At work, school, a store, church, wherever, you could tell the ignorant ones whenever they opened their mouth. Now, everyone gets to share their opinion online, and gets instant validation in the form of Likes and Thumbs Up. Further, they don't face ANY consequences from sharing their ignorant opinion, which they interpret as confirmation. They feel they are right. And for decades now, so many ignorant people have been spewing nonsense online and believe they are right.
      Free speech is great, but sometimes people need to be called out on their nonsense, and that's nearly impossible to do online, where everyone has a voice and your comments are shared with the world. Before social media and the Internet, people had more common sense and could immediately detect if you knew what you're talking about or not. And if you didn't, all you had to do is walk away or ignore the person. Now, everyone gets a voice, even the ignorant ones! Scary!
      So you get emboldened, ignorant people full of rage, going out into the real world and... well.. following an elderly gentleman and killing him in cold blood.

    5:30 Watch her disgust when she realizes her account of events is completely disregarded. This reaction, and the fact that she told officers on the scene that the man "shot himself with her gun", is telling. Both of these things indicate she is telling a story of a struggle for the gun that resulted in the weapon discharging. Two things are wrong with that story. Five witnesses didn't see the struggle. So either it didn't happen or you shot him so early in the struggle that you pulled the trigger yourself. Adding this the fact that you ran him down, trapped him and stuck a gun his fucking face makes your actions inexcusable. 5:30 Even now this pitiful child misses the point. She still holds onto her personal excuses to justify the death of this man. A death of which she is 100% personally responsible. I don't know if you can fix this level of stupid/dangerous.

      @@micahescala2184 I understand what you're saying, I just disagree. The victim should have never left the scene, not because of the accident and how minor it was, but because of his state of mind. He couldn't understand what happened and was visibly disoriented. That's no condition for him to drive in especially when he just caused an accident. He should have stayed put and waited on assistance for his safety and others. Not to mention, a corrections officer does not have jurisdiction over a citizen outside of the compounds of the jail/prison he/she works at even though he is a form of law enforcement. It's clear, that the victim did not knowingly or intentionally attempt to evade his responsibility of the initial accident, he was experiencing a medical emergency and as a result he was disoriented and unaware of the accident he caused. I never seen a criminal wait around at a crime scene for 15 to 20 minutes (sarcasm). @smith lovy Your logic is completely skewed. If he is having a medical emergency that caused him bypass stop light/sign and ultimately resulted in a car accident why would anyone want this same person to get behind a vehicle again to leave?🤔🤔🧐🧐. The best action is to wait for EMT who has already been dispatched for him to receive medical treatment. I'm not blaming this man for any of these actions. Medical Emergencies are medical Emergencies and its unfortunate it caused an accident. He was experiencing diabetic shock which he lacked control to maintain control of his vehicle or comprehend what had occured as the correction officer described in his report. I only mentioned this because the other commentor said he was given permission to leave which was false. If we are going to be transparent with the facts, let's keep it 100. He should have never left the scene but that's neither here or there and does not excuse this murderer's actions. I do not believe him leaving the scene gave this women permission, authority or priviledge to chase him down, impede his vehicle, give him any sort of commands, assault him and unltimaly murdering him. She is 100% wrong and her actions are unjustifiable.

    • @sheiswhitney
      @sheiswhitney 5 років тому +2

      @smith lovy it's not hypothetical, its facts! No matter how skewed you are attempting to make this situation, it's common sense, logical and Georgia law under O.C.G.A. 40-6-273. Yet you are still arguing about a non-issue and proven fact that waiting 20 minutes at a scene of accident or 5 hours it's a law and in this case it was an absolute necessity for him to stay to get medical treatment because he most definitely needed it with his eyes being blood shot red, disoriented and unaware of the accident he was involved in. So please carry your silly attempt to circumvent common sense and the law. 🙄

The woman believes she has witnessed a hit and run and takes it upon herself to pursue the person she believes is guilty of wrong doing. She fails to consider the cause of the accident or the potential causes as to why the person is leaving the scene. This failure to consider cause will have great consequences on her life but it speaks to the broader perception of human beings. People see results devoid of what produces them and draw conclusions that make events what they want them to be. This propensity has consequences for everyone.

    22 frickin years old and this is what she does with her life. Invincible? I can only hope she pays for it every day for the rest of her miserable life behind bars with the sound of that gunshot ringing in her head. My condolences to the poor soul who had the misfortune of crossing this evil busybody who thought it was her mission to take the law into her uneducated, untrained hands. May she rot in he** for eternity.

    A permit to carry a firearm does not give you the authority to chase people. The #1 rule they teach in civilian concealed carry training is if someone tries to leave you let them leave. This here is some cowboy sh*t and it's not her job to chase anyone with a gun. You can't claim you were in imminent danger after chasing someone and the only time you can fire a gun at anyone is if you or someone at the scene is in imminent danger. Having a gun on your person does not justify you punching people for any reason. Clearly, this woman paid more attention to action movies than she did to any firearms training.

    Without knowing the victims race I'm guessing he was black and she thought she had a right to murder him.
    When she gets out of prison she should probably apply for a police job.

    This alien wanted to know what it would feel like to murder somebody. Seizing what it thought was the opportune moment when witnessing an elderly African-American man leave the scene of an accident. It pursued him with a gun. A witness heard it threaten to shoot the man after it blocked his car so he could not get awayr. Then the alien calls 911 saying "the witness shot himself with her gun." What the what?
