I think that Rhett's comment about the food looking like a children's show would make a good episode. Where they have the Mythical Chefs recreate dishes JUST based on what they look like in a kid's show. Then they could either say if it is a Win/Sin, or they could do a gameshow where they try to guess what the dish is called from the Children's Show using only the context of what it looks like, and what the mythical chefs think it tastes like.
I think this is the direction they are going for "entertainment" purposes. Josh could make anything taste good. But, they are trying to be funny (collectively, not just Lily).
I feel like the cheesecake one could’ve been better. Like Lily could’ve put like a molten strawberry inside with a thin layer of crust then cheesecake filling all along the outside.
Trevor is good too, as was/is Nicole; Lily’s food humor is lost here and I feel Rhett and Link’s disappointment 😅🥲 They even act surprised about how much they didn’t like these, and mind you, we all know they’ve thrown up before…
The mythical kitchen is one of the best things theyve ever done. I sorta miss when chase just boiled everything for safety but that era is over, and i enjoy josh and team.
@@MintReactions lily might be extremely talented but it sometimes is more troll than creative and something that make us feel excited without tasting it
Lily just keeps making the same joke over and over with these dishes. I miss the actual cleverness and ingenuity in this format. It seems like Rhett feels the same way.
As someone who thinks stuffing (or as Link kept calling it - dressing) is the best part of Thanksgiving, I would call that turkey shaped stuffing stuffed with turkey a win.
Thank you Mythical Crew, including your fearless leaders. Your content makes my day, every time I watch. I love food and the world of food. And I love being entertained. You are respected, valued, appreciated. Please continue to do these segments forever.
Anyone else miss when these episodes were serious experiments and not just Lilly forcing her brand of quirkiness into each dish as a joke? Isnt she supposed to be a Michelin star chef? I miss when it was actually good food made with passion.
I agree. She's funny but it'd be cool to see the serious experiments again. Was kind of a bummer to see a brick of Graham cracker and foil inside the pie.
Agreed that she’s not even funny. And not one thing she has ever done, that I’ve seen at least, has been one bit creative or actually trying to make something taste good. The stuff that used to fail was usually when they added ingredients like fish eyes, or bile… not crumpling foil in the middle and gelatinizing frozen vegetables and gravy.
@@ehkristinShe has her funny moments especially after she’s gotten comfortable. But I do miss when Josh would whip up an actual creative piece, and not just troll

If that cheesecake was served more like a tart, it could’ve worked. I think it’s a ratio problem
I think Rhett was expecting a sincere "remix" of the dishes as it fits the theme but Lilly was trying to be funny.
Trying to be funny? Well she failed at that too.
