- Hey friends! Follow along with Aunt Penny and me as we go junkin to celebrate my birthday! We visited Prattville Pickers, Eastbrook Flea Market, and Amy’s Antiques, all in the Montgomery area. As always, be blessed and happy junkin!
Kayla, I just wanted to reach out to say I have joined my faith with yours in believing that God will make you completely whole once again. He’s a healing God and he cares for us. You are such an inspiration to me. your enthusiastic attitude of life and your laughter., And the joy you show makes me smile. I’ll leave you with this verse Jeremiah 30:17 The Lord has declared that he will restore me to help and heal my wounds. God cannot lie his word never changes. God bless you.

God is so good !!!! I’ve been praying for you , and praise Jesus you are doing better. I had asked you to pray over me. I had a colonoscopy this past week to rule out cancer and my test came back good. Hallelujah God be the glory.

So sorry that you have been battling the “pink eye”, but I hope you are improving everyday. Yes, God is there for us, I just wished more people reached out to him. When I worked in OR, we would have patients come in with their prayer cloths. Always made me stop and think. That fern was beautiful. My favorite thing was the jockey cap. I had an uncle who I never knew, die in 1938 from racing a horse at a fair. He was 28 years old. I’ve seen pictures of him with a similar cap on. The ration book was interesting. The ration book was a find. Neal is my maiden name. I am lucky enough to have my Mama’s ration book from when Daddy was gone to war.. You are correct Jean, I looked them up and it says pumpkin orange. We were both wrong. I was thinking a rose color .
Well Jean, my SIL looked them up in her collector book and it says the color is tan. So I was wrong, hard for me to admit it though LOL

I love the war ration book. I had pink eye a few years ago. I was at work and my eye started itching then got goopy. Of course due to staffing I had to finish my shift. By the the time I got to urgent care after work I had 2 goopy eyes.
