- Check out Matt Ramirez's gorgeous and super fast 2004 SN95 Mustang. Built to complete in Optima's Search for the Ultimate Street Car series as well as various autocross series such as the SCCA CAM class. I dare you to find a nicer SN95 Mustang that can perform anywhere in the same ballpark as this car.
Featuring
4.6 liter 4 valve pumping out almost 700 hp to the wheels
Cobra IRS
Cortex Racing front SLA suspension
QA1 coil overs and carbon fiber driveshaft
Carter Customs full aero package
Numerous custom touches inside and out and clean enough to eat off

Oh my God it's one of the rare Mustangs that looks good and can handle and go too, can I give like 10 thumbs up!?
No. All mustangs look good and for cheap sport v8s handle nicely. Especially if you don't buy shit tires.
can tell you've never driven a mustang and you have terrible taste lmao
@@lionfilmproductions7965 I own s550 mustang and it has a ton of Steeda and BMR chassis/suspension parts. I went to the Porsche Car Control clinic at MetLife stadium this year (2024) and I can honestly say while its no Cayman it a aquitted itself quite well against other Porsche there, so there !
I would LOVE to have that type of suspension on my 68 Mustang coupe! 😮💨
Awesome car . Obviously a lot of money went into this , but it looks great and it performs great . Good video , thanks .
👍👍
That is one cool mustang. Nice work guys.
I've missed these 'In the Paddock' videos. Thanks for doing these!
Awesome video Chad! I still can’t believe how far this car has come just since we shot this.
Looks way better than the new Mustangs, great work!
Two thumbs up! Great video and father and son have done a BEAUTIFUL job with the car.
Very cool!
Love the deflectors for cooling. Need them on my 65 stang.
Love your car (currently rebuilding my 98 Cobra Laser Red). Congratulations my friend. Triple
awesome car!
I like that new edge and i hope to own one. You'd really like my SN95. it's a 6 year rotisserie built, powerful street car that i went overboard with. I'm not sure if it's an autocross'r, maybe a mildly road course capable? All in all, it's a street car and doors everything very nicely💪
Insane!
You know it's serious when there's aero ON the suspension.
Are you going to upload the clips from willow spring a couple of weeks ago
Yes! But it will be a full episode but will be a little while before I’m caught up to that point.
It sounds awesome! What exhaust is on there? I know it’s probably mostly because it’s a 4v but I still want to know
LT headers, X-pipe, Borla XR-1 race mufflers
Super clean Mustang! I have to ask does the steering wheel have a Chevy bow tie horn button?
Nardi Personal…only speaks Italian😂
Very nice. So many bad ideas...
Wonder what the offset is on those x10.5 wheels
In OEM config the SN95 (94-04) mustangs are cooled mostly by air fed from below the bumper cover. There's a flap that hangs from the core support to help direct air upward into the condenser and radiator. Could the splitter setup on Ramirez car block this path and contribute to it's rather short endurance per stint?
It’s the 200 threaderwear tires that give out first. The car has a fully ducted airbox for the radiator and stays cool.
@@ramgarage thank you for explaining. I see you have tire temp logs. That's pretty sweet.
With harder compound (200 TW) we can go 5 laps or more but give up autox grip. Optima track session is time trial and we can only use 1 tire for the entire “triathlon” so we tend to go with stickier tire.
@@ramgarage do you prefer Solo Storm over Track Addict?
@@philmariop I’ve never used Track Addict, but I like Solo storm a lot. It just takes a while to get used to and it’s still prone to bugs like everything out there. For a much simpler user experience, I prefer Swhoon for quick data analysis.
Stop talking dad. Awesome mustang.
I just want to see the claimed 60,000 RPMs
That is rpm of HD SC. Std is approx 50k. Just means wider band or in our case start earlier. Motor is spec to run to 7000 where all accessories peak.
Not impressed
Im disliking your comment but it was hilarious

@@davorodo79"bring your slip" 💀💀💀
@@davorodo79 Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.
