@@joanneslater359 I think the amazon freevee one seems to be aimed at a global/UK audience - hence the panoramic shots of Melbourne and more Australian type scenery. The Channel 10 version is more focused on the neighbours set - although you still get the beach shots. I assume that may be the reason - as one is promoting the country/city and the show.
I like Holly. It's the long term characters I find annoying. Karl, Susan, Harold, Toadie (and Jane to a small extent). It feels as though they've been dropped in by the show's producers. There's no energy left in these characters. They've done everything, dated everyone, had every medical condition - and so has all their family. They're nostalgia characters only - tired, overused and formulaic and they're dragging this show down in my opinion. They're still great actors and easily recognisable with strong personalities, but there's no excitement, no unpredictability. You know they're going to be around forever, no matter what. They're only good because Neighbours once did a brilliant bit of casting back in the day. Does that mean Neighbours is now incapable of casting new characters that are they are as good as they once were? When you consider that the vast majority of Neighbours characters are bland looking, forgettable and have dull personalities with 2 year expires, I suppose set against these nostalgia characters, they will come across as superior legends that can't possibly leave. But imagine how great Neighbours would be if the casting was permanently as good as it was in 1985-1987, 1992-1994 or 2005-2006?
Well, there goes the neighbourhood....
It like watching home and away with the beginning shots lol
The end shot with Misha is extended by a good few seconds
Its been replaced now she has left by Melanie carrying a huge cake!
I miss having the names 😭
Names were only ever used in the opening titles from 1997-2002, then again from 2010-2011, then from 2015-2022.
@@anicetune errrm … okay??
I'm ok, thanks :)@@kylepop4371
Poor Melanie
They are too far away and needs the character names.
All the characters so far away you don’t know who is who
The one with Jane & Sam seems out of place compared to the rest..I prefer the Freevee version.
Why she’s practically her stepmom
@@Renwick19 you missed my point completely.
@@Renwick19yes freevee ones better not many like the theme but sorta like the simplicity
@@mervynday3057 nothing the matter with the theme people always have to moan

Why is there 2 versions?
Dunno the poster said australian channel 10 aired a diffrent 1 to the one used on freevee.
That’s what I want to know we had the same versions before!!

Music is so lame it's slow and not as creative.
So glad to have neighbours back, shame about Holly though, such an annoying new character.
Like you’d be able to do any better. Stop been a bully
She was the only one with a bit of life in her.
