I just found your channel from watching your garage ho video. Short story how I got back into slot cars. I was watching my grandson 6 and brought him over to my my Moms house to visit. We went down the basement and found my old tyco track from Chrismas 84. I will be 51 in May I cleaned it up, made a quick track on top of the pool table, and here I am hooked again. A few days later, Im at my lhs looking at sets and purchased carrera race to victory digital 132 with 4 packs of straights. I liked it so much I went back again and got 132 grand prix set to add to it. Stuffs like crack. Love your channel. Subbed.
Hi in slot cars it don't matter like with RC because the area and the track you run the slot cars on is so clean you don't have to worry about something getting inside the motor can. Thanks for watching.
Great video Steve! I think Racer Sideways cars are very underrated and less talked about than other hobbyist brands. I have several and really like them. Edit: Those rear wheels are called air gap wheels. The theory is when the car is at speed, the tires puff out to ride flat on the track. I personally don't think they do, and I know some people buy foam rings and fill those in.
Thanks they are great cars, I don't think the wheels work also and was thinking of putting something in the air gap but I don't know probably won't do much anyhow?
Yeah she went on vacation so hopefully we can race the F1 cars from the polls we had that people picked for us to race in 3 scales F1 so we have 3 F1 races to get to! Thanks for looking

Nice mod, good the ride height can be adjusted with a couple of grub screws. Those bodies are weak, but they do run smooth.
Yes the leveling out the front made it work much better, The body is thin but I am sure it makes it run better. Thanks for watching.
