As someone who almost booked the RR310, after seeing what all upgrades were there in RTR 310 i cancelled my booking. Test drove the RTR 310. Found it fun but Vibrations really Dull the experience at lower and mid range . Vibration tends to go away at higher rev range. So i cancelled my booking and waiting for RR310 next Gen. I'm not a naked bike fan so will go for RR310 only.. Hope TVS finally get the refinement part sorted in their engine. Been waiting since 2008 when i first saw the RTR 160. Loved the pulsar 150 but RTR 160 was love at first sight 🥹
I own the rtr310in blue and all of its kits, the vibration part you mentioned actually feels a bit less since its testride part. there were throttle glitches in its early models but my bto unit is how bikes supposed to be. vibration stiill exist. and there is no way around it because of the cylinder layout. that harmonic will present unless they shift the cylinder to forward position. but i have been driving mine since a month with close to 4000kms done. its a fun machine and you will outgrow of those vibrations.

Every time i get my service done from their service centre, I have to go minimum twice to solve the issues mostly being poor quality check after service. Almost lost my life with their poor quality check
I once went to a TVS showroom. It literally felt like a government office where there’s no one to attend you. Large slow fans, naive replies from their representatives. Felt like they aren’t even interested in selling what they have 😂. That made me say.. dude I’m never gonna buy a TVS

I just bought a RR310 BTO 3 months back., Was waiting for the RS457, but wasn't sure about the Aprilia Service, and am in a city where it's not been sold. I have to reach 100+kms for the nearest dealership. I chose this because I was afraid of the power RC390 delivers. I chose the RS200 instead of the RC200 when I got the chance. I always ride what I am capable of. Not what I can afford. PS:- Still scolding me for not getting the RS457. Damn. Next time Aprilia, Next time.
I'm currently riding RTR200 and I'm nearly in the same ball park, I'm planning to get a used RR310 soon and Maybe after 2 years I'll upgrade to Aprilia 457 (When We will be knowing all reliable and Service Issues of Aprilia)
7 months ownership... This thing puts bs3 classic 350 to shame when it comes to vibration levels.. post 90km/hr the mirrors start to vibrate and you can't see anything after that Riding modes are cool and useful for a tech savvy dude But the more i ride it the more distant i feel towards the connection of the bike... All these electronics actually make the bike damn perfect...but the problem is the modes are tuned based on the Michelin tyres..if you install any other tyres then itll be a weird experience... The bike corners soo precisely... I love it but its footpeg position will make you scrape your feet fingers more than the scrape pin Additionally the led light is garbage I would've loved if tvs gave a yellow projector instead of led Worst of all you cant just install an aux light and call it a day as each electronic items like indicators speedometer etc etc were precisely calculated for power supply Even a mobile mount with charger will drain your battery Oh yes and the SVC is a pain in the ass Even royal Enfield have upped their game
RR310 owner for the past 6 years. The bike sure does vibrate but it is nowhere close to bs3 classics. Post 90km/h the mirrors do vibrate but it is manageable compared to a lot of bikes I’ve ridden I also own dominar 400UG since 2021. RR310s mirror is solid even at 150km/h even though it does vibrate it still stays in place unlike some of the other competitors I’ve noticed where the mirrors caves right in after certain speeds and you have to constantly keep adjusting it. Don’t have any type of electronics in mine other than abs I believe 😅 but does a fantastic job with everything that is provided whether it be braking or cornering I mean like you said cornering and all are spot on in this bike. Also the headlights are really good since I own dominar the headlights of the dominar 400 are claimed to be one the best in the segment and I feel rr310s headlight is on par with dominar and I feel the bright on the RR310 is a little bit more better compared to dominar as it has more throw upwards also if that makes sense. Oh and yeah SvC can be a pain the ass sometimes. But overall I’m satisfied and I have clocked 41000kms since 2018 and I’m a proud owner as this bike still looks killer today even though everything maybe outdated it still turns heads unlike some of the other competitors.
I recently rode a friend's rr310 and absolutely loved it. Coming from an ADV I realised I was sitting on it wrong with too much weight on my wrists, watching how Shumi sits on it, will try to ride it more properly next time!
TVS service in most places is like a luna mechanic is going to do it. They really need better and trained people in service those who know how to deal with a apache.
I would never bat an eye on either of them. Would eye for KTM 390 or a used YAMAHA R3 ♥️ May be Kawasaki N300 (if at all I would have to break my bank on service and spares then why not an a true Japanese twin cylinder)

Fir kuch saal baad maine Maestro edge le li. Hero ke service centre pe bheed bahut hoti h lekin experience fir bhi theek hota h. Pichle saal maine Jupiter 125 li uski free service krwane me hi mere patience ki pariksha le lete the ye log. Maine bas wahan se free service krai baad me nhi jata wahan. Itna ganda experience h inke saath mera hamesha se. Bajaj ki bikes rahi hn mere ghar pe hamesha se to wahan ka experience is great. Na bheed hoti jyada aur jo bolo wo krke dete hn upar se kuch kami reh jaye unse to use maante hn aur poora krke dete hn nhi to baad me kr dete hn next visit pe. TVS pe agar tumhe bill me kuch samajh nhi aa raha to wo use explain tak nahi krenge. In my experience Bajaj>Hero>TVS. Baaki kisi aur brand ka experience nhi h mjhe. Inhi brands ki gaadiyan rahi hain ghar par.
Apart from TVS After Sales Services, which is worst... BTO RR310 is a overall nice bike.... Kinda catchy looking, riding posture is overall good,balanced power and have a good appearance on road & I'm in love with the exhaust note on high rpm. Yeah it comes with some cons which are vibration and tvs servicing 😂.. Their service center in my zone is worst... They treat their top of the line segment(BTO RR310)just like their last on the line(TVS NTorque)... I hope that's not how equality should be served 😢.. After approx 1.2 years of owning the bike.. From that 40% of time it was kept in service center as they couldn't figure out what's the actually problem and give a solution 😅.. They don't have properly trained mechanics in their service center...

RE has moved to 650 long time ago and now pulsar will be in 400s. Time for TVS to make good bikes. I skipped the Ronin for its low capacity engine. I don't think it can tour long

I feel the Cfmoto 450SR is a far better buy than these if launched. It handles well, sounds amazing as it's a 270° twin and the engine is balanced for vibes but of course again, after sales is a question mark and idk if they're available in India.
We've seen online reviews for many machines that didn't translate into the real world before Joaquim! So we'll reserve our opinion on the CF until they decide to sell the bike here. And so far, the Chinese brands and their reps have not done too well in sales, leave alone after sales so 🤞🏽

If you want a serious sports mechine, buy a 390 or if you have the money to throw around ninja 400 ( because it is absurdly priced). If you are a 310 boy, wait for update to come..

We wouldn’t buy the Hunter at all. The H250 will be much less comfortable than the D250 because of the riding position although their performance will be similar Tarun

Go for Tvs RR 310 if you want a fun sports bike with good looks and decent power. Have done 15k in just one year and till now no issues whatsoever. Go for Duke if you want raw power and naked look experience. I own Tvs RR 310, reason to choose over Bmw was 1st service 2nd not good tyres 3rd a bit costly in both service and maintenance. The reason to choose over RC 390 , can't differentiate between RC 200 or 390 so every bike from KTM looks almost same on road. Reason to choose over Ninja 300 low ground clearance.

How to find the batch of any bike?
I want to buy a Duke 390 but you said not to buy the first batch bikes. When should I buy? (Month?)
Atleast 3-6 months after the bike launch, you'll get newer batches and also it depends on the demand of the bike
