My wife is a canadian citizen (we are in AB) and received NCLEX exam elegibility through Newyork board. We have an employer willing to sponsor her to work as an RN in USA. What should be next steps after she passes RN. Should it be start Visa Screening through CGFNS?
I sent a couple of docs: Copy of her passport, citizenship certificate, copy of her bills (mortgage, electricity, water, phone), work employment letter, affidavit of support, and bank statement.

Hello, no one can really tell kung how high or low ang “chance” ng isang applicant na maka receive ng PNP. If hindi in demand ang NOC, you can look for a potential employer via job bank and secure a job offer for additional points or max your education/IELTS to help you boost your score.

@@sheryljoy0904 You can’t work as RN here kung wala ka actual Canadian RN license. Also, you need authorization to work para magka license dito. Authorization to work: open work permit, PR, citizen, PGWP. Nclex is not enough. Should you be able to get an offer, yung employer mag sesend sayo nun. Pero sobrang rare kumuha sila ng applicant na wala pang RN license in Canada and also walang status. Work on your Status muna.

You may use NOC 3012 RN provided meron ka COE at work experience na nag work ka as RN. Unfortunately, I think hindi kasama ang private duty nurse sa work exp. All field of nursing pwede except for PDN. Wala ako hospital exp. company nurse ako buong nursing career ko sa nursing and accepted naman. If gusto mo talaga mag Express Entry, work in a hospital, clinic, company etc.

The AINP will resume issuing nomination certificates in January 2021. The number of nominations that the AINP can issue in 2021 is not yet available. Not yet pa po. Hi Patricia! Pag nag submit ka ng EE application and yung score mo within the range ng usual cut off which is 460-470 (madalas ganyan range ng EE draw), tapos naka receive ka ng ITA at na-approve, you have the liberty to choose kung saang province mo gusto mag settle. Hence, you don’t really need to submit PNP anymore. Pero if your CRS is lower than the usual cut off, you need PNP. That said, pwede ka mag apply sa mga province na passive (nag aaccept ng applicants for PNP), or mag hintay maka swerte sa mga province na active (like Alberta na namimili ng applicant na nasa pool that could depend sa NOC and tie mo sa province)

My NOC is 4163 with 350 CRS score with an aunt iving outside Alberta tho. Possible ba na makareceive of NOI?
PNP really depends sa level of demand ng NOC. Mas in demand ang NOC, the higher the chance of receiving an NOI.
