Onboarding will be virtual. Training might also be virtual but since offices are starting from 1st May you may be required to join the base location. But till then it will be virtual most probably.

Did you try asking your HR? Read the letter again because in my case also they mentioned coming to office but no timing was given. However they also wrote dont come to office as it's virtual.
Hello All I was supposed to join on 2nd feb, but after submitting documents during virtual onboarding they said insufficient docs and asked me to submit again. Leave it blank. Emp ID is given after onboarding is done. However keep an extra copy of bg verification form incase there's some changes to be done as instructed by your recruiting HR.

Hello Didi I got my confirmation mail before getting offer letter and on that day the deadline mentioned for documents submission was 4-5 hours after receiving mail and at that time I was not at my home town so I couldn't upload or mail documents to HR. How many years gap you've? If it's less than 2 then it's fine. Just tell them your genuine reasons that's what they want to hear.

Hi natasha ji...i got an offer letter for bangalore location....i want to know how many days training goes and after reciving offer letter how many days it takes like complete document varification process to join training....😊
Training is for almost 3 months. Document verification and all takes less than 1 week.
In my offer letter it is mentioned i have to report at office location on the DOJ, but in onboarding mail it is mentioned that onboarding will be virtual, will my training also be virtual or do I have to report at the office?
Onboarding will be virtual. Training may also be virtual. But since offices are going to start from 1st May let's see.

I submitted all the documents except service agreement, i will submit tomorrow. But my deadline to submit service agreement was 9th march.
And my doj is 17th march, will it creates any problem if i submit service agreement tomorrow?
They might ask you to submit again.

I dont think so. Usually eligibility criteria is 60%.
But you can try your luck in start up companies.
I got joining letter from Capgemini on 3rd January 2022 & my training was scheduled on 4th January 2022, I did all my formalities like submitting documents etc. It has been 2 months my training hasn't started yet. Tried contacting HR but no response. Have you ever seen a problem like this ? What should I do ?
That's strange. Have you tried contacting someone who got the same joining date as you? If you can find their email that'll help.

@@natasha2341 There is no other email ID rather than HR mail. Tried even contacting them on phone, you won't believe the nos on their website is unreachable or unavailable

My Virtual Onboarding is failed because of some reason, So is there any chance for reonboarding? If yes, then what should I do?
There is I think but you need to contact your recruiting HR.

@@natasha2341 So..its mean No chance now😑 I don't know how they do it..I cleared their, apti round..interview round...after that I uploads my docs many time..and for one single doc they reject me, this is really wrong.

I got my confirmation mail before getting offer letter and on that day the deadline mentioned for documents submission was 4-5 hours after receiving mail and at that time I was not at my home town so I couldn't upload or mail documents to HR. After coming to home town on same day I sent all documents and agreement which were mentioned. Now will they accept my documents after deadline or they reject my candidature.? I have also mailed HR About my situation at the time of receiving mail.

Hi, I am applied for pooled campus 2021 in capgemini and cleared my interview, received my LoI on 1st Nov and submitted my all documents on 2nd Nov but still I didn't get my offer letter. So what is the problem can you please reply to my comment. Is my offer got rejected or something else. And my superset account is displaying accepted.
Contact your recruiting HR or mail them. It's not only you. Many people haven't received their offer letter yet. Same with my friend.

No only before onboarding you've to submit all the documents.
Hello natasha... Natasha i have started with my training... But unfortunately incident happened with me has caused severe eye injury.. Doctor told me take rest for 2 months... So I mailed my hr toh extend me date of joining.. So what do you think is that possible??? Or they can put me I next batch... What your view

You should contact IT team not HR. People keep making mistakes related to intelligent Hub so dont worry.
Hello Natasha, I hope you are doing well, i want to ask you regarding the delays in Capgemini's process, actually I had my interview held on 1st Feb ( only tr, no hr round) and still i haven't received any mail regarding my selection or rejection, do you know roughly how much time it takes ?
Sometimes it can take upto 1 month or even more to declare result. There's nothing you can do about it except wait patiently.
