You need to get reliving letter from the previous company just ask them and submit it otherwise it creates a little problem for you. Try to get reliving letter or just explain your situation to your hr.
@hareeshpatti9964 just check in the google what the steps and try to contact the hr that you are not getting but will to join. Did they create pf account and all. How much time you have for joining. Even if you keep resignation also they need to provide right. Or contact the hr in your company.

Mam actually when i submit the loi there is a father's surname in my adhar card pancard and my graduation marksheet but there is no surname in my 10th marksheet so i changed all the documents according to the 10th marksheet and in my doj i have uploaded the documents according to the 10th marksheet it will create any problem during bgv?
I think no after they select the candidates they make them in to groups i think based on that they are giving sometimes the interviews who completed their interviews fast may be but it depends.
Until and unless it is very required you cannot take leave it will effect your performance if it is emergency you need to write mail and get approval from the mentor.

Hi I actually attended the interview I may 25 and I got the offered status on June 3, And they also informed our placement dept that they are currently doing background verification after that they will put a final selection list . But till now no update.😢
Okay background verification mostly whatever you passed all your exams or not may be if you pass no need to worry if not you can ask them time to submit may be.

For the first day of onboarding you need to carry the required documents. I already made a video on it go through it once.

It's okay if you didn't get just report on the day of your joining without fail. Some mails are not that mandatory just ask them what is in the mail.

From which mail id does this orientation call mail comes?
The onboarding date and everything you received right for that mail only . Your personal mail id that is registered for Capgemini.
