Lots of wisdom in this episode. Your podcasts really get a guy thinking. Helps me stay awake idling around on graveyard shift.I like the analogy of 1 stall at a time.

The industry has become so diverse, huge opportunities if you want to work for it. There are more people that need to understand the horse and assistants are the core to WC's.The Gate opens, the Work shows right then wins or lose. We love every day and are blessed to do this at the end of the day. We always have to work on our people skills, we're really good at the livestock end. He's gettin' better

I loved this episode, your shows have such great timing, in todays world I’m thinking about taking on a second side hustle, I’ve decided I just didn’t want any job I wanted to work on horse shoeing between my full time job, I’m nervous I can’t find any to show me or if it’ll happen but I’m working toward making it happen and fining the source’s. I’m very nervous but these episodes help so much.

Hi, Robert's is one of my buds, I worked for his brother Tom Chown before I went out on my own. Clarence Chown was also a big influence on the three boys.

Self- motivation is great, but Calendar training has ruined a lot of almost there horse. Reality is that the management of the horse starts in the seat of you're pants. The horse is the great leveller
