@@mothecosmo3708honestly i dont have any tips but to say get rid of any stresses that you can. Like for me i was in a toxic relationship for over a decade. They stressed me out every day. We had to separate and i had bought my last pack the week of. And literally the day after Christmas i said no more. Then literally i got sick with a cold for over two weeks and just never went to buy anymore. There are cessation programs with jobs i tried but it didnt work for me. There are also cessation with Primary Care Providers. I do suggest find a different hobby or something else to release your stress so that smoking tobacco wont come to mind. I gained weight after not smoking because i have an appetite back. So becareful with too.
