집사님 공황과 불안장애가 있는 저같은 우울증 환자에게는 이런 영상이 너무너무 귀해요ㅠㅠ.. 사람에게서 불안감을 얻는터라 말소리도 없고 자막도 없고 오직 자연의 소리와 귀여운 냥이의 소리만 있는..심지어 엄마에게 의지해서 행복하고 편안해보이는 냥이의 모습을 소리랑 함께 보다보면 어느새 마음이 편안해지면서 따뜻해지는거 있죠 ❤ 하루종일 경직상태인 저에게 저녁에 보는 이 영상은 유일한 제 힐링입니다…ㅠㅠ 몸이 이완되는 편안함이 들어요 에스테틱 영상도 너무너무 귀엽고 좋지만 이렇게 노토킹으로 쓰담쓰담하면서 골골소리도 나고 장작소리도 같이나고 기여운 냥이도 같이 보이는❤❤이런 영상 진짜 너무 귀해요ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 그런 의미로 혹시 이런 영상을 더 제작해보실 생각은 없으실까요?ㅠㅠ 정말 제 삶의 낙입니다… 항상 잘 보고 있어요❤!

하루 온종일 불안과 싸우시느라 고생하셨어요.. 고양이 좋아하시는 것 보면 순수한 마음을 가지신 것 같은데 맑고 여린 사람들이 살아가기 참 어려운 시대에요..
그럼에도 불구하고 우리 힘내서 세상에 아름다운 부분들을 한껏 만끽하며 살아갔으면 해요 오늘도 정말 고생많으셨어요🤍

저도 불안장애가 심해서 가끔 불안이 너무 심할때는 사람나오는 asmr도 불편할때가있는데 냥이 asmr은 언제봐도 마음이 편안해지더라규요 정말 공감가요ㅠ
