You should! I will make some more videos using the steamer, providing ideas and suggestions. They are a good diversion from the normal stir-fry rotation. It is great for using up leftover preps at the end of the week.
i was going to do my first wok week, but due to a tooth problem, i have to be careful what i eat. steamer i hadn't even thought about it. lol. ill do that later fir sure. I love dumplings
Hello, getting over post surgery shock and phobia of cooking meat due to hypersensitive stomach. Wpuld like to know if chicken breast can be cooked in this way on electric range since wok hay is not used the same way in this recipe. I have steamed cakes, dumplings and so mostly i know chicken is fine in this way but what would be the best range and can it still be done both ways to stream? Trying to reintroduce my gut to foods that it can better process. Thank you!
Tak, how do you transfer the food from the steamer to the plate? I can imagine the parchment paper gets really hot and it can be a bit messy! Thanks in advance.

You can eat the dish directly from the steamer by placing a plate underneath.
Hello, I only have a traditional western steamer, the one which goes over a steel pot Would it make a difference?
