I never thought me being flat-footed would be related to my knees being at a weird angle (as is shown in this short), and also to my pelvix tilt. Thanks for the info!
Wouldn’t tight hamstrings do the opposite and pull/tilt pelvis backwards? I was told by a physical therapist anterior tilt is often due to tight quadriceps and hip flexors on the front of the body. I guess it’s just tight everything that contributes to it lol
You are absolutely right and that’s why this video is incorrect… anterior pelvic tilt will cause hamstrings to become lengthened… meaning weak. However a tight muscle is also a weak muscle. So if you have tight hamstrings due to an anterior pelvic tilt it’s because it’s trying very hard to fight that rotation. So stretch the hip flexors and do more core stability exercises to fix that. Then you won’t feel the tightness as much. However if you have the posterior tilt, then you need to do more hamstring stretching, hip flexors strengthening as well as core stability. The body is complicated to understand lol but luckily being a personal trainer I can tell you what’s right or wrong.
Hello, I've been going on walks recently because I need to be healthier but after roughly 45 minutes of walking a get an intense pain on the bottle left of my body (kinda inline with my belly button) and no I don't think it is a stitch as it hurts WAY more than one. Anybody know what the pain if from?
I dont have anterior pelvic tilt. I have a straight spine (loss of lumbar lordosis). But i also have tight hamstrings, calves, hip flexors. I have flat feet as well. Things are not adding up for me 🥲
This is so many leagues above much other content on this subject. Thanks fot sharing your knowledge!
Love the animation and clear explanation without fluff

that's really spot on and clearly explained.
another cause is prolonged and chronic high heel use
Me ha encantado el vídeo: la información, el movimiento de los gráficos y la explicación
Perfect video
Please make a video on posterior pelvic tilt..
So can you show us which exercises to do or?
Really cool 👌
So what exercises help with these issues?
That's basically what my orthopedist said. He said i should do sit ups and squats. Also he gave me insoles.
So what should one do? So tired of the teasers
I'm with you😊
check mcgill big 3, it tackles all these causes
What about a very tight obturator internus like I have? My hamstring has been very angry and my Ortho identified my O.I. is extremely tight.
