Removeable kayak rack build for an RV

I need to get four bikes, a truck load of fire wood, my kids, and supplies to camp, along with two new kayaks. In this video I tackle that problem and build something that I think everyone with a camper and a kayak needs.

Only question I have, is blocking the 3 clearance lights any issue with trailer regulations?

As far as researched they just need to be present and functioning. Kinda weird here but check your own state laws to be sure. Thanks for the comment
