200 * 130% * 70% = 182. If you understand the % concept CLEARLY, this is the simpliest and best way to solve it.

This was super helpful! I am going the percent change lesson now, there is a question in which it is 780/13 (a percent increase by 30% on an item that cost 78) am I supposed to know that the answer is 60 just from memory, because that does not just come to mind, for me anyways
