how do you get 140 gems from the start, i only get 120 but it really makes difference. whats the sauce?

I get lucky with this set-up.. I've been on a losing streak for several rounds now.. Chapter 14 was quite hard actually.
Ya. I had a hard time. Took 12 attempts. Thought I would let anyone reading this know that I finally got past chapter 14…
