I got a bunch of them for a reasonable price on amazon. I am sure there are better quality ones out there. I am still new to foils so I thought the amazon ones would work fine. :)
The one in this video from Maniology is lamp free. You do not need a lamp to use it. You just need to wait for about a minute or two and it dries sticky. :)
I have only used two different foil glues and neither turned blue. Do they turn blue when they dry? If so, I wouldn't want that personally since I use it for reverse stamping and other things that I need to adhere to my nail without covering the whole nail.

rub it on with a Qtip
you can use sticky top coat for your your reverse stamping
