Maybe with a counter hit like shown in this video, I still have doubts. It's however possible in Turbo Mode though, heck you can do 3 i think.

철권 1에서 허용되는 버그라 철권 2부터는 당연히 불가능합니다. 철권 2까지만 해도 등을 보인상태에서 아래(2)를 입력하고 초당 1프레임내로 대시 및 백대시가 가능하고, 등쪽에서 일부 기술도 사용할 수 있습니다. 물론 퍼포먼스성 버그라 현실에서 쓰기 매우 어렵습니다. 😄 그냥 실용성 1%도 찾을 수 없는데 폭스스텝 정도로의 의미가 있겠습니다

I saw backward blocking a long time ago in a short KYSG clip. I still don't know how it's done but I suspect it's a quirk with the neutral block.

After Tekken 2, they reused the archived clips from Jack & just pitched it up. While everyone else changed voices, Jack stayed the same.
