Tip: don’t use lock on for entire fights. Use lock on to help with side dashes . So keep it off so you can side dash and on so you can do a faster side dash

Tip: you can use ragdoll cancels to curve your opponent, this works really well for Genos, Metal Bat, and Atomic samurai. Pinpoint slash is a great demonstration of how much lock on can be if you know how to utilize it correctly. You can even stylize a combo to a variety of combinations, I, myself. Use pinpoint at the base then dash, once they are on the ground, disable lock on, side dash, and then use atom slash. Once they fall onto the ground and then get up, use quick slash and that will deal 50% or more.

A tip for locking on is that that cursor on your screen is not where your cursor really is, it’s in the middle of your screen. So when your kinda far from someone, look straight at them then lock on 👍 (although I do think that you figured it out half way through heh)

Pro tip : with the nuts lock on system, if you front dash while the enemy is in the air like in jet dive, it'll do the weird circle thing and it will hit which is so weird
I love playing on a controller but the only issue is the sensitivity, it’s so damn low that it makes it very difficult to side dash properly to combo start, but it’s still possible to pull off advanced combos

trying to combo with aim lock with sonic is quite annoying, but to combo after scatter, move the left joystick after the scatter move and move towards them to continue the combo

Your cursor is actually in the middle not the little dot because shiftlock forces your cursor to go there, thats why blitz shot shots fly that way.
The aimlock really good to use and the only flaw on console it u can not really use efficienly the side-dash and really impossibe to make combo.

as someone who is an xbox main (i dont own a pc or ps as i am broke) i will say this was a very... interesting watching experience
to lock on you just gotta loop up, thats really it, and if you dont have any lag you become a demon with that lock on if you know what your doing

a tip for locking on from far is move ur cursor above the player’ head and press L3. i also was confused when i was playing on my ps5 but yea i figured it out later

I see where you're coming Man ps5 and ps4 Are really good, including the controllers. But I don't want to switch cause. I already know how to do the Kyoto combo on the strongest Battle grounds
the dualsense edge controller lets you modify your keybinds, meaning that you can change circle (attack) for another button, like R2 trigger, meaning that you can make your own way to play, i did and its easier to play with the dualsense edge controller that a regular one
I think they should make unique servers for each platform to avoid balance problems between players, for example: servers only for people who play on cell phones, PCs and consoles.
This is reasonable but they should still keep non- based servers

As a pc player I would like to either have a pc exclusive server or just a server that you have to be a certain rank or have enough kills to join.
I think that would mostly take care of teamers, laggy mobile noobs, and it just would just be a nice challenge for skilled players
The reason for the lock on was the bad sensitivity on console. I personally don't use it because i suck at it and honestly find it to be a disadvantage unless you pop your ult.

Tbh same, I can do kyoto without lock on.. I personally think it makes it too easy. And its kinda stupid as if the other person keeps on jumping your pov is so fricking weird
A quick fun fact is that if you go into first person mode the lock on doesn't affect your camera which means you can do something like using ignition burst into the air and then I get out of first person mode to lock on and beam the player you're targeting

Yeah for the lock on u kinda have to go into first perosn and look at them. It uses the position of ur head not the position of ur cursor :)

As person with an Xbox, it's harder as you can't unshiftlock and in my time of playing, I have hit 1 kyoto
Actually, you can easily do kyoto combo on console, but you need to turn off aimlock, i can do it consistently on xbox

There's also a tip of you are not dashing fast and lacks turning go to tsb setting and press console sensitive I made mine 9.9 to turn like on PC or mobile

The controller with or without the lock on if you just use the character you're most comfortable with over time you will get better and sure to make combos I don't even use the locker I just find it useless and yeah I plan a PS5 and I'm really good with brutal demon probably not as good as you normally
if you wonder why you cant lock on in further distance its because you have to make the white dot at the center make contact with the player so you can lock on
For simpler gameplay maybe in the future ( because I know the main purpose of the video is to use the controller) you can connect a keyboard and mouse to the ps5.

well i have been playing on the ps5 for a while and my favorite game to play on it is sbg because I'm not the best but I'm decent and once you play on the ps5 for a while you get good with the aimlock and it helps you with dashing behind and blocking because if they try to go behind you it will also turn you around so it helps and also i experience some lag on it so beware of stutters.

I know a ps5 saitama tech: when someone dashes at you or side dashes you can just use consecutive normal punches are there you go you get a free combo! (Its super op)
Great tip for saitama or garou dont use auto lock for kyoto or lord heaven combos its harder to side dash with auto lock
Holy grail I wanted to say that I’m working on a the strongest battlegrounds animation at the moment which has been in progress for 8 months the old teaser was removed because I wanted to see how many were willing to see the first one the new one is out now and ready and the animation is almost done
Dude I recommend you use six fingers two for dash and attack one for moving the cam and two for the skills u can use the other two I told u to click the skills
You can also buy a contrôler for pc but you need to connect it and its a Little bite complicated but when you connnect it its really practical
I would advise using Lock-on for metal bat because with foul ball, beatdown and ult moves are extremley op. I would also advise using 1v1 as you can properly lock on without anyone disturbing you.
Also a tip aim the white cursor in the middle above there head for easy lock on

You should try to grab the left part of the controller, such as the stick and buttons, using both fingers.

As someone who plays this game pretty much exclusively on console, yes, it is quite broken that I can lock on with Sonic's ult, press L2 for Straight On and just watch them panic as I literally home in on them like a ballistic missile. Also Metal Bat's OP as fuck with Lock On.

going in first person helps lock on. don't attempt to do Upper Cuts no matter the controller. Try to get somewhat close to the player you're fighting so when you dash you end up behind them 90% of the time

also to aimlock the character has an invisible cross hair that is in the middle of the screen a little below the white crosshair that you can see
Also when blocking move backward the opposite of the person facing you this will make sure even if they Dash and try to hit you they won't also if someone dashes and then you dash you will end up behind them
Best characters on The Sticks are genos and metal bat and Garo if you can get the hang of it and being close to them
FYI, I played on both consoles and the lock on works the same, imagine using your actual head and not the circle. Just tilt up a bit and your good to go.
