Sky Residences Condo Tour Pattaya, Pratumnak Hill

How did I end up paying 20k baht a month for a medium sized ONE bedroom condo? This week, I share my story and give a full tour of our old room at the Sky Residences, Pratumnak. What I didn't mention is that this is the normal rate for condos in this building. Studios are 15k, one bedrooms are 18-20k and 2 bedrooms start at 25k. 💸

Can you hear traffic in the rooms ? Do any of the rooms have a clothes washer ?

There was almost no traffic sound ever in this room and it was only on the 14th floor. The Sky Residences building is on the edge of a small quiet neighborhood and the north side avoids almost all of the noise. It’s a quiet street and had no construction sound. Some of the rooms there do have washing machines. My best friend stays on the 25th floor there and asked for a washing machine to be put in when he moved there. They did it for him no problem.

Very nice size you have too laugh when you see these condo's 32sq/m shoe box's and they want 20k a month.
