It summarizes pretty well my opinion on Stalker GAMMA :)
Decided to go with something more "serious' in the end ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You live in the world of Anomaly. So breaking up with Anomaly is not possible. GAMMA is your favourite avatar of ANOMALY!! GET IT!!? CHEEKE BREEKI DAMKE!!
Hello Cheeki Breeki - would you be interested in playing the "top-down STALKER" I created, called Tunguska: The Visitation? Thanks!
try going to Aslan and tell me how much you enjoy the game
The only ? Whats with efp3.0?
Also . Are there a lot of new weapons and gear like efp ?
I can't believe you mentioned Wormwood. It was a real passion project... And some of us who worked on it still talk about it, we had a real roadmap and ideas. We had a good team. We figured out COP mapping and were expanding on interiors, and adding new interiors to spaces already available in COP. Those were the days. I was so excited.
I helped create new textures, we were adding old school propganda posters to walls. We were building posters for the factions. We worked on the weapon attachment system and expanded on that. But the big thing was to add to the maps, so many buildings were hollow husks and we wanted to open them.
What happened to that project? Can I download it?
@@markedn0ne My question too.
@@markedn0ne I think there's an early public version available that only had some minor tweaks with gameplay. The main branch of the projects never did get a public release. We never finished our work. It's essentially abandonware now.
@@SurikatMeerkat You're a legend, much respect!!!
So glad GAMMA is getting the recognition it deserves. I actually head about it and tried it, while waiting for EFP 3.0 and I fell in love with it (to the point, where after finally getting EFP 3.0, I played it for about 2 hours and went back to GAMMA). Grok is super dedicated to the project and It is the Stalker experience I never knew I wanted, until I got it and now I can’t live without it
Pretty much this!
Same here. I initially played gamma while waiting for efp,but gamma is far better
It look really like epf 3 wich i love playing but what is different? Because for me it look the same but you can fuse artifact and thats it?
@@maroon1ibnouali400 gamma similar, but you have to get an artifact smelter, which you can get from sakharov for 30,000
@@agnosticlibertarian175 Can you please explain how Gamma is superior to EFP?
I used to play EFP, but after trying Gamma there's no going back. Grok is the MVP.
Can you keep your saves from EFP?, I cant go trough all of that sh*t again
@@RA7KO fuck no, its a completely different modlist, maybe play as a different faction this time?
@@unrealgamer3260 eh well shit, ill bite the bullet then, Thanks for the reply kind stranger!
@@RA7KO good hunting stalker!
Can you explain why?
I was blown away. This modpack is exactly what I want out of Anomaly. Thank you so much for sharing this!
You are definitely a great spokeperson of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R modding community.
For sure i will have a look on Gamma. Thumbs up!
Yet another well-made video that inspired me to play STALKER again. Keep it up!
Ah man i have been looking for a stalker mod pack that focuses on more of a reliance in crafting and cooking! I feel in most of them they are usually afterthoughts! Good stuff!
Great video! Never heard of this one, was thinking of restarting an Anomaly campaign but kept putting it off because I’d have to pick allllllll the addons I wanted. This really simplifies things, thanks for the info :)
I have my own mod pack for Anomaly that feels like a simplified version of Gamma. I put it together to be an AIO drop-in for my brother just getting into the game. It took far more effort than was worth my time. Still, it works and I'm happy with it. If I knew about Gamma when constructing that pack, I wouldn't have bothered.
I did the exact same thing : D You’re not alone in this, you know the ins and outs of your mod list so if any issues pop up you’ll have a general idea of what it’s caused by but I also went overboard with it.
I think we all did that at some point, downloading mods for Anomaly etc then realizing it just takes way too long
The mod is actually surprisingly fun. If you have trouble with something or there are bugs you encounter, the discord has active moderators that'll help you out.
yeah thats my entire problem not joining a discord for a fucking mod
@@ganjatheninja wah wah
i saw this pack once a couple weeks ago and didn't think much of it, seems like i'll have to try it out! I love EFP already, can't wait to try GAMMA out
Playing stalker gamma for over 100 hours now and I can confirm that this mod pack is the go to place to enjoy anomaly.
I will not be surprised even when stalker 2 comes around and come to the conclusion that stalker anomaly gamma will still be a better experience compared with stalker 2.
This mod pack gets why stalker was fun and unique. Give it a spin.
If you want an immersive shooter in an alien but grounded world, you came to the right place.
Thanks for the feedback 😊
Is it only gameplay overhaul or it has better graphics and sounds too?
@@FedorKai better graphics and sounds indeed
@@grok_gamma Awesome, I was about to try a graphic overhaul my self fearing I'd break the game, Gamma is exactly what I need.

Nice to see you creating content again mate, I watched your Ironman way back when.
I'm really glad this was in my recommended feed. Thank you !
I found an AI that gives randonly generated motivational quotes like u find at schools and offices. It gave a picture of a guy in chemical protection gear with a caption something to the effect of "One must always Stalk." Lol
Very informative and well presented, especoally the bit about modding history
You're my go-to channel when I start hearing rumors about notable stalker mods coming out. I heard people mentioning Gamma over the in-game chat mod, and now that I see this video, i know I have to give this mod a try!
I'm just sad because i'm already extremely far into my EFP run that I have to finish now! But jeez, this modpack looks amazing
Dead Air wasnt exactly based on Anomaly but rather the sequel to Call of Misery, which Last Day and in turn Anomaly were based on. Anomaly then incorporated a lot of Dead Airs new features. Kinda crazy to think what an impact Dead Air had despite releasing 4 years ago and not getting an update since
same for rttn afaik
At least it's still getting worked on, although It'll probably go the way of Shoker 3.0 and still not be released a decade later.
@@zetorrec A lot of really innovative rttn features like daytime radiation and filters still haven’t made thier way to economy
Thank you very much for this review, you do good job with your videos. En plus avec l'accent français c'est encore plus compréhensible.
Like you I love the huge work of Grokitach, it feet my vision of S.T.A.L.K.E.R
This game and its community is one of the best things in this world !
Yeah thats what I tried to convey in the video. There are now dozens of mods / addons packs out there and you can easily find something that fits the way you love to play the game. GAMMA definitely struck a cord for me :)
HOLY SHIT the fact it has its own installer is game changing, just opening mo2 and looking at the 220ish mods in efp makes me nervous
Amazing video and the best STALKER 2 waiting room :D
Great video, will definitely check out GAMMA!
You should!
This is amazing! Thank you for the video love letter
I never played STALKER before Anomaly, and for a while I was hesitating to stay on Anomaly or go to Gamma, and ever since I installed Gamma I never regretted it. It's such a great modpack, so simple to install and keep updated, and the gameplay is just so fun. The beginning was insanely difficult, probably the hardest game I've tried and I'm adept to hard games, I love them. But once I got used to it, every mod and addon worked perfectly hand in hand, it was like every mod is perfect for each other. After 2 long playthroughs, I'm still thoroughly enjoying the game and I still haven't discovered everything, which is fantastic. One thing I wasn't sure about was the weapons you need to repair, but it's truly what makes Gamma special and once you get used to it and all the complicated systems it holds, it is so very fun to scavenge dead stalkers in order to get weapon parts and hopefully a nice weapon.
As usual, thanks for the clear/condensed/informative content you make !
And now, you just..... have to make a let's play serie of gamma, I(WE)'d be happy to watch (pleeaase : ) )
Kurg
It's already in the works! A lets play is coming soon>

I feel like there are many mods you should try out while waiting for Stalker, because the beauty of it is that there are so many mod genres so every type of player is satisfied. Anomaly, OGSR, OLR and such. You can play anything you want while waiting for it and it'd be alright, probs.
I may be incorrect, but both Dead air and Anomaly are based on COC, and Dead Air is an earlyer dead (badumts) branch. Wihle Anomaly had come later.
NOTE Community, In the GAMMA Options you can activate Loot animations for backpack looting bodies etc. very nice, also you can activate magazines
In which section I can find the magazine option? Thanks
@@bohumirsipek1226 The Magazines has to be activated in the Anomaly Mod Organizer from GAMMA, where you start the game. Search for Magazines and you will find it and can acitvate them. But after that you have to start a new game. you are welcome
@@Patches131 Found it. Thanks a lot :)
*Two features THAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVED* found in clear sky (faction wars + complete mod) that i have YET to see in any other mods or add-ons is...
1. Item: Pad lock.
It never made sense how everyone is a scavenger yet there are stashes everywhere and other stalkers leave them there. In the mod I played you could buy a padlock that you could throw into your chest/bag/box and only you could open it. Otherwise, you could leave it unlocked and hope it doesn't get raided which most likely happens.
2. Confrontations when raiding corpses.
The same mod also had a feature I've never seen in any other mods. If there's a shootout and let's say 2 bandits are the victors and you come along and try to loot the bodies they just dropped they (they stalkers who killed them) will stop you and tell you to give it back. A dialogue box opens up and you can give 4 option responses. Starting from "Take it i don't want trouble" to "If you don't back off there's going to be one more body on the ground". Each response comes with a degree of "respect" lost by giving it, more respect lost the more aggressive your response. Respect is gained by helping that faction in any way (help killing enemy faction, acquiring bases/spots). The more Respect you have the the more you can lose when you give more aggressive responses. If you have no or low respect and the response you give is aggressive then THEIR response will be _MORE_ aggressive than yours usually ending in a shootout. If you have high respect then most times they back off, you just lost Respect towards your next encounter but you get to keep everything you looted.
#2 actually has more dynamic options but that's the gist of it.
When the shootout begins you can be quicker on the draw and kill them, have no respect, and keep all the loot. You can choose to play a real scumbag!
These two features seem like they would be incorporated into other mods/add-ons because not only do they fit the world but make it way more fun, yet, I've never seen them incorporated all the way up to CoC 1.5!
I hope Anomaly has them. Does GAMMA have something similar?
For the pad lock, there's a mod like this under development, not a fan of it honestly, getting your stuff stolen without knowing the system can be a real pain. In gamma there's nothing in unmarked stashes, you need to get info about stashes location from ennemies PDAs or by simply looting them (checking their notes on paper) or buying stash locations from traders.
For the looting thing, there are various options like that in gamma making you unable to loot stuff from stalkers you didn't kill, or making other NPCs more prone to loot anything in the first come first served manner.
In EFP 3.0 you can make stashes and the npcs can't seach them (i dont know if this is in vanilla Anomaly because i never played it)
Also, in the same mod you have NPC Loot Claim: Enemies killed by NPCs will make the bodies unlootable for the player, you can get up to 3 warnings before the NPCs that killed the body you're trying to loot turn hostile to you.
Anomoly has a mod where the person who kills another stalker gets dibs on his stuff. You get a few warnings before they get hostile if you try and loot.
Oh man this further cements why it's great to be a Stalker player, so many great options. Been playing loads of EFP on Ironman and getting my arse kicked, really curious how different the experience will be on GAMMA, downloading now!
Vivement STALKER 2, merci pour la vidéo sur ce mod !
One of the best mods I've ever played so far.
What an amazing explanation. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
OK, tu m'a convaincu. Je termine ma run sur Anomaly et j'irai voir ça
Thank you cheeki breeki, it seems like this will pass up EFP 3.0. I’m currently deep in the sin missions on EFP 3.0 and I’m disappointed that I haven’t came across the m-60 machine gun. Found it no problem early on in EFP 2.5 lol.
In EFP 3 Mercs sells it
I kept going back to them having to disguise and literally have seconds scrolling through the traders guns and it never came up. O well I’m gunna start gamma soon. Does gamma have mags add on?
@@acall2witness801 It is included in the mods it installs, but you have to manually turn it on

Merci en tout cas, je n'en avais jamais entendu parlé
Amuses-toi bien :)
Hmm, tried EFP and played a couple hours and got tired of it’s over complication. But making actually exploring buildings an incentive makes me want to try this. I’ll let y’all know how it goes.
Probably spent about 40 hours with GAMMA on a loner so far. Just about to head into Radar after doing the defense mission. (Survivalist / Hard difficulties)
I think GAMMA is fantastic, it's mostly what I want and I've encountered bugs and CTD's as is typical, but they're pretty infrequent for the most part.
Progression feels very slow, probably due to the outfit and weapon repair mechanics and item crafting. On one hand, I'm largely used to being able to buy outfit and weapon upgrades from traders, but not being able to does add an "oh shit" reaction when you finally find an actual upgrade, like a radsuit or sphere-08 and above; and from there they haven't been difficult to repair as long as you have advanced tools. Same with weapons if you hoard weapon parts like I do, even though you can also use the associated repair kit to clean the parts and the weapon at the same time via the maintain weapon option if you must. I still haven't found expert tools, and I'm not sure if they are actually just that insanely rare now or I've been insanely unlucky, but not having them does it make it impossible to get the best NVG's and equipment upgrades. Overall, I think weapon and outfit repairs is different and nice at times, but I still think fresh outfits and weapons should be available either from higher reputation traders or at a high markup. Additionally having all my crafting stuff in one place discourages me from branching out too far from where I'm keeping them, which I think is just bad albeit a side effect and imo a problem Anomaly has always had, maybe leaning too hard into it.
Pistols and some SMG's being able to go into the binoc slot is really nice and helps them not be irrelevant later when you are rocking two decked primaries like an AR / Shotgun or Sniper / Shotgun.
Small thing, but limiting fast travel is a great compromise for me. Can't do it willy-nilly, have to pay for it according to distance, and it's on a cooldown, but can still do it when you're feeling lazy or just looted the merc base.
Weapons still feel good. Buckshot should hurt a little more than throwing a twinkie at an obese person when it isn't against anything wearing something better than a leather jacket, but slugs will one or two shot if they penetrate still. .45 Hydrashok is insanely strong against mutants.
Artifacts are weird now. I still don't know if I like it. My goal is to get a full durability compass, and I don't expect that to happen for a long time.
You essentially fuse crappy artifacts to get good crappy artifacts, and then make more of those good crappy artifacts to combine them to increase their durability (and positive and negative effects). This pretty much means you can't really make money with artifacts in my experience, unless you really luck out and just get a full durability one, which I've only had happen once so far. It kinda feels like a goose chase trying to get the artifacts you need to make certain artifacts you'll also need to craft the artifacts you really want, and that part is rather tedious. Until I get high tier and durability artifacts, I have a hard time justifying using them over the much more easily crafted (and often more powerful) belt items like the improved freon or kevlar / carbon steel plates. I think the only direct positive I see in this at the time of writing is that you can eventually get the artifact you want, regardless of rarity, but it will take a lot of grinding anomaly fields to get it if it's a higher tier one.
I always thought the limb health system was obnoxious, but I can see how other people would like it. It's not really too difficult to deal with, especially when you can start easily crafting fentanyl.
I've noticed gravitational anomalies are more dangerous, which I like. Springboards aren't the only one that actually pose a threat anymore.
Atmosphere is top notch with stuff like the Horror Overhaul and others. With most of the mods I've played, I'm kinda too used to standard STALKER gameplay and don't really get as immersed as I once did; GAMMA is able to reel me in and keep me reeled in and I end up playing it until 3 am when I do boot it up.
Pretty spectacular mod, really. Updates are daily, big and small and Grok is always responding in his discord. I'm not really sure how the dude / dudette sleeps. Not having to install all the shit yourself is a big plus as well and is what kept me away from coming back to Anomaly all the time.
Big 'ol wall. I'm just a dude. Try it yourself.
Take it easy.
Thanks for the detailed writeup! It's really nice to have a good review from someone who sunk a good chunk of the time in the mod!
Thanks for the big review Champ! Few points:
- Artefacts do spawn everywhere and at anytime now. And with dedication you can quickly get your first compass rather fast. Once you go to red forest it's pretty fast to get whatever you want from the crafting system since tier 3 artefacts can spawn there directly. Indeed red forest is very dangerous, but I like it being so lucrative. Artefacts can still give you some money, especially for artefacts that are out of the crafting loop for Lucifer / Compass / Volat Emerald. Get a task asking for one, empower it to 98% and get about 40k RU in one go. Even tier 1 artefact at 20% in the beginning can give you like 1200 to 2000 RU in hard / survivalist. Just get these "get me that artefact" tasks instead of selling them if you want money 💰.
- Buckshots are always hard to balance and changing the values can easily make them super broken.
Hey great vid man ! I never played the stalker series but I would really like to, so I started watching your videos and I have some questions, that maybe you could answer (or make a video about like : getting started on stalker). I would like to play the original game's stories and I know everyone says to play the games without mods to get the developper vision but it really is a big hold back for me. Maybe if you played the games back then the sounds and graphics don't get in the way but, nowadays I can replay only old games if I played them back then. So do you have mods you recomend for a new player to enhence the 3 games so I know I will actually finish them ? Thank's in advance if you have the time to answer !
PS : est-ce un accent français que j'ai cru entendre ? 😄
Here's an old but good write-up that answers your question in details:
www.reddit.com/r/Games/comments/2tbtsg/for_those_of_you_interested_in_stalker_from_the/
To be fair if its only to discover the story / lore, mods are not that necessary. Play the games then get into modding with Anomaly, EFP, GAMMA etc.
@@CheekiBreekiTv Thank's for the advice !
I've been playing GAMMA for the past week and I'll have to say this is the best Stalker experience you can have right now. Normally in Anomaly I get bored around the time you head into Radar because I'm walking around in an exo already with good guns. The removal of guns and outfits from traders is a fantastic change, you rely almost completely on stashes and looting to progress and its designed in a way that finding a high end item doesn't break progression because you will still have to obtain the parts and tools to make it functional again. There are daily updates to the pack and the installer makes it so it only takes 2 buttons and ~10 minutes to get the newest version, which is amazing considering there are 291 addons at the time I'm writing this.
Its subjective
Grok is the man for sure :)
Thanks 🙏
Love your videos. Thanks 👍
Well I'm definitely excited for this!
excellente vidéo, continue comme ça ! +1 abonné :)
The part about "cant sleep" or "dont want to sleep" is the first thing i turn off in any mod. Like dude do you want me to sit and wait IRL for night to end or any other thing that i need?? Are you for real?
true
Just eat sleeping pills
Just use sleeping pills. I'm planning on adding an option to pass time using "magazines" you usually find on bandits and using a deck of cards as well.
Also Grok, the person behind the modpack is super great guy. It was super fun and great experience to work with him while i was making Gamma's trailer :)

Je sent dans l'accent qu'il y a du français, ça fait plaisir ! Superbe vidéo !
I personally like the Escape from Pripyat mod pack, I might give this one a try though when I do a new game.
EFP is an amazing mod pack, GAMMA is just one more option if you crave some more Stalker!
If it's so easy to install and play, there's no reason not to try it out. Thanks for the suggestion.
downloading right now!
How much does this differ from EFP 3.0 because im still unsure what is different about it apart from that it runs better because it has less HD stuff
Gamma sounds pretty good, with the new quests and artefact stuff and cheaper meds (EFP plz bro my legs), but the weapon and armor repairing stuff sounds tedious. I like EFP because once you hit your stride, you're more free to see a gun you like and buy it and play around with it after a little bit of this repairing-based gameplay in the early game, which also seems more realistic for factions with backing like the mercs or military, who it makes no sense would be getting no arms from their country/benefactor to brave the zone with. I'll probably still try the list though, just because I can.
The gun repair system, once you have the repair kit, is REALLY easy: right click gun > maintain parts > replace all parts. Tada, brand new gun at 100% condition.
I ended up installing anomaly on both my hard drives one with groks and the other with my own custom mod loadout .
Same!
i have more that 200 addons for anomaly and everything works as intended, No crash, NO save corruption, no bugs
I still miss the Misery 2.1 vibe and atmosphere. I just can't find that anywhere. For replay ability Anomaly is a very good mod, but I find that after some time, I start to know the majority of the spawn spots of mutants and NPCs and the bugs in the economy(Is it me or cooking meat is actually expensive?). In Misery I find that everything seems random. I can't seem to know where mutants spawn and where and when they will attack, as well as where NPCs will be and what faction they are. That is what makes Misery unpredictable and scary to travel on. You never know what you might find at the next corner and need to be always on alert. In Anomaly, Mutants and NPCs are more predictable. I know where they normally spawn and they will mostly just stay at one place doing nothing but just wait for the player to reach their lair and only then they act, when most of the time I spot them first.
GAMMA is much less predictable than Anomaly thanks to randomized spawns, random radiation areas and dynamic anomalies with more diversity
i really wish they had kept dead air updated, that was the best mod made for stalker imo. it was absolutely brutal, the atmosphere was like no other, it was a struggle to get food, guns, armor etc. anomaly as nice as it is is way too bloated.
Oh don't get me started on dead air!
looks good. Th eoriginal stalker is epic. Might have to replay it.
does anyone know what the minimum PC specifications are to get good performance on Stalker Gamma?
looks good. So far EFP 3.0 has been my go too for the past few months. I think I will give this a go
Same here, was playing pretty much only EFP until I started working on this video. Don't get me wrong, EFP is absolutely great, but like I tried to explain GAMMA really scratch an itch in the way I love to play Stalker. I'm never going back now!
@@CheekiBreekiTv So would you say this is better than EFP? Or does it just match your prefrences better.
I actually cried 🥺 . Merci beaucoup
Gamma 💯💯💯
Why?
I've been playing the same EFP 3.0 install from earlier this year without updating it because I've been afraid to mess with anything. I've got a tiny little 500GB SSD and havent wanted to uninstall EFP in order to try Gamma, and just in general wasn't sure if it was going to be something I liked more. But the systems in EFP just arent quite balanced in a way that keeps things interesting and I've made a thousand new characters at this point, and got bored with it a couple months ago. I think I'm finally downloading Gamma tonight. I remember seeing early builds of it and thinking it sounded like it would be good, but at this point so many people are raving about the current build that I would be stupid not to try it.
I played about 100 hours of GAMMA... its amazing
Thank you ☺️👍
cool thank you for reviewing
Looks cool maybe Ill play that after I finish Radiophobia which is a complete Shadow Of Chernobyl mod pack.
never heard about gamma, redux 1.1 was my last walkthrough, on the other hand here i like new systems with weapons, artifacts etc and especially that it has updater, only wish it had fonts like in redux its just a cherry on top
i love stalker anomaly but my god i will go several hours and then enter any new zone and theres a good chance it will crash and close the game, and the annoyance of entering a zone and hoping it wont crash, and wondering when it WILL crash causing me to have to exit the zone and go around that zone sucks so much fun out of it. "ohhh, nice loot on this body, hope it doesn't crash on my way back to base"
I agree its the best stalker experience. Hard but very fun on Ironman
I love this mod so much
Stalker is one of my fav games of all times, therefore I also greatly enjoyed anomaly. Seems it just got better recently 🤘🏻
Couldn't agree more!
I just completed vanilla Anomaly and I am in love ! I installed GAMMA and want to start all over again. What factions offer the most in term of new missions and stuff available in GAMMA only ?
Everything besides bandits / monolith will have access to most missions!
@@CheekiBreekiTv Thanks sir ! Je te remercie aussi en français ! Suoerbe contenu, je binge tes videos depuis un mois environ. Je viens de commencer GAMMA, superbe gameplay. From the way you're talking about it, how can I not try it?
lmao
My only question would be is how is the attachment system? im stuck on desolation rn and i dont think i can switch from any other mod atm
How does this mod affect enemies being able to see you with pinpoint accuracy, even through bushes and such? This was my main gripe in Anomaly, they always saw me first. I couldn't detect enemies without binocs (which felt clunky because target identification always took a few seconds).
There’s an optional addon that allows you to hide in bushes. Otherwise I changed the accuracy of NPCs and the guns they use. So even so low tier bandits can see you, they will have a hard time hitting you, no more makharov sniping by NPCs
If people like a blocky version they can try out Stalkcraft to get an idea on what stalker is and if they like it they can play the actual game there. I recommend to try out similar games like it to get an idea on what it would be like so you can get a grasp on what to do sorta. And Stalcraft has online which is cool but also challenging.
Can someone explain the Icon in the Left corner? i mean, there are the Parts of the Body.. if some are half emtpy, i just take the blue or white pills and then the bar goes yellow. does this mean the parts are healing?
And whats the deal, when the body icon goes from white to red? is this some kind of exhaustion?
cool might try it later
hey man is there any chance you could make a optimization video for gamma kinda like how you did with EFP, i have an rtx 3060 and am getting about 75 fps max
There's a Framerate optimisation channel in gamma discord ;)
Theres this other repack going around made by TomyGD. Have u heard about it or have some opinion on it?
Oh nice a video from Cheeki Breeki
Very interesting, i am very new to stalker modding. Only know misery and the one mod where you can start from different starting points. But first i will probably replay Shadow of Chernobyl vanilla ahain after all this time
Yeah GAMMA is something special man.
Misery 2.1.2 will always remain my favorite
how are we supposed to get armors like exosuits? can we find them in stashes or do we collect them from corpses too
Both are possible, and then you have to repair them. Batteries to power them ca be salvaged or bought at traders I think.
@@CheekiBreekiTv thank you so much!!
Does it work well in 21:9 monitors? Are scopes aspect ratio correct in 21:9?
It works ok in 21:9, there's a small guide on the discord to get scopes at the correct ratio for 21:9 :D
Dead air evolve from Call of Misery mod, not from Anomaly. RTTN too.
Does this mod allow you to turn off certain things? Im mostly referring to not being able to buy guns and loot stashes, because for me a lot of the enjoyment comes from that economy of looting stashes for money and gear, then collecting some cool guns to try out. So is there a way to change those things?
Having to loot damaged guns and make choices on what to repair, whats the best to use depending on your gameplay and not being able to buy them brand new at traders is core of the GAMMA gameplay, with the whole economy / crafting balanced around it. Same for stashes and RF missions (harder to get, but better rewards, and the more north / dangerous places you go the better they get).
Personally I find it way more rewarding this way and as I said in the video its one of the reasons I love GAMMA so much, because it ticks all the boxes on how I love to play the game.
It's totally fine if you don't like it, everybody has different tastes and we're lucky to have so many different mods and addons that will let you customize the game to your liking. If you don't like some of the core features just don't play GAMMA, there's hundreds of other mods out there!
Does the modpack allow you to add smaller addons like anomaly does?
Yes you can still go into MO2 and activate/deactivate stuff, add other addons etc... just make sure you don't brake anything!
Anomaly with PTGI is still my go-to.
PTGI?
I want more reviews on storyline content.
Other than the Artifact "mixing" idea, I'm ok with slightly modded Stalker Anomaly.
But need deep and interesting quests/characters to fill the void. And such reviews would be great.
Check out Prof Wavey channel, he played the new storylines and made videos of it.
@@grok_gamma Ah, thanks mate
I started playing this and I have to say it is sure fun but for a noob like me it is super hard to get behind the upgrading system and I think I am at a point where my gear is too bad for the tasks I have
Read the in game manual in the PDA > Guide panel. Also, playing in easier difficulty can be a good idea to get a better understanding of the mechanics.
*With love from Siberia! There is also a mod called Anomaly: REDUX. The build quality is excellent, I advise you to try it! VPN to help, I just don't know if you can download this mod at home. Please do not touch and do not drag me into politics, I will not answer, I just advised to pass the time waiting for the second part.*
what mod is the one that gives the hands a better look and the weapons? bc the one i see in this vid i want. if anyone could tell me that'll be great.
Hi! This pack looks very interesting, but I can't understand how exactly it differs from EFP. Can someone tell me some of the most important stuff about it?
EFP is mainly about being rich and buy stuff (with a very bad balance imo). GAMMA is about scavenging, repairing, crafting and cooking with about every system overhauled compared to EFP. New rads effects that make sense, new artefacts spawning logic and crafting that actually make artefacts a major part of the gameplay, better damage system to the player etc. More fair, more streamlined, less annoyances, and with an emphasis on survival.
@@grok_gamma thanks Grok. TBH I've been playing Gamma for a few days now, and I'm enjoying it a lot. I'd like to write a feedback on Discord this weekend. You did an amazing work mate 😁
@@grok_gamma To be fair the money situation you explained about efp can be set in the settings. Don't want big money for quests and selling ,lower it. Make items require better % to sell, go to settings again. EFP can be made to anyones liking.
On a side note I will download this in a separate folder and add it to the other versions on my cpu. Good job and Thank You for your time and effort.
I've combed discord and watched videos, but gamma refuses to work for me 😅 every time I fix an error message using discord posts, a new one pops up
Je sais pas si t'es français mais merci depuis 2007 j'avais pas refoncer sur le meilleur jeu pour moi au monde ...
