My name is Samantha Wayne and I have been creating advocacy videos on UA-cam since 2009. This channel was formerly known as Live Hope Lupus and was created in order to start a community for those living with chronic illnesses. In September 2019, I transitioned to a plant-based diet and I have found my body is responding well to it. Along with my lifestyle change, I am learning to alter my focus more on the positive. My current content will focus on my healing journey, what food I am eating, and everyday life. I will still be posting an occasional update about my health. Hey Samantha can you send me some info about weight gain and how you maintain weight by going raw or eating healthy
Do you drink tap water directly often? I just moved to a new house. The water from the faucet tastes so clean, fresh and even sweet 😋 I was living a very old dingy basement, the tap water tasted like iron rust... and I regularly got diarrhea.
Filtered or bottled is best if you're on immunosuppressive medications.
do you still remember your very first boyfriend ?
I'm so afraid that my right upper chest had sharp stabbing pain then I found on Google it's pleurisy will it go away or should I go to doc btw I can't sleep during night I'm taking paracetamol
