@@ravindran.murthy6310 .thank u so much for the compliment....unless we recognise and appreciate the genuine good work of anyone for that matter, our mentors, our colleagues, our seniors, our junior pgts,we will never grow..there is something to learn from each and everyone around us whether junior or senior.🙏..Chaitali's talk helped me refine my today's mri knee acl tear reporting...thanks a ton Chaitali once again🙏

Although I'm not a medical student but still was able to understand upto a great extent considering my capability ... Ma'am I had a query I got my MRI done for the knee and it says that " Diffuse t2 hyperintensity in ACL fibres and minimal joint Effusion" . Please tell does that mean there is some grade of ACL LIGAMENT INJURY or it's something else
Mujhe mera ACL ligament injury ka MRI report Jana Thai. Kya hai report mai. Mai apko report kaise send Karu. Koi contact number mil skta hai. Please fast 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
great talk as usual and we'll simplified madam👍 little confusion as to whether to report as mild moderate severe/ partial thickness- full thickness/ some report as grade 1,2,3 etc can we adopt any of these for ACL?
It's personal choice of you and your orthopod....I don't prefer grades...it's better to explain the findings then say grade 1 2 or 3....mild /moderate/ severe or low / intermediate/ high grade which terminology to use is your choice....full thickeness tear is wen you can clearly make out all fibres are torn
Blessed to have an opportunity to hear you mam, teachers like you are game changer for the residents...Thankyou so much mam
pls send all such mails to indianradiologist1@gmail.com
