yes, we actually were one country that is the reason , im from Acapulco and we use some tagalo words like "panga" palapa" and we drink "tuba" wich is from Filipinas.. as I said we had close relationship when we both were part of "The New Spain" every Year Manila Galeon traded products between México and Filipinas and also people.. the are Filipinos descendants in Acapulco.
