I’m doing nose breathing but it is often through one nostril at a time. They alternate one closes and one opens. Is this normal? Is it because I have too much mucus in my eustachian tubes?
Barbara, this is fabulous. I have bronchiectasis and I use level butyryl every day in my inhaler. You had said bronchodilators were not good. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you so much for all that you’ve done.
Hey Miss O’Neill, so what if your nose has been severely broken when you were younger, and it was not straightened out through medical treatment, because there was none given… Do you still recommend not getting the deviated symptom taken care of through surgery?
That’s what they recommending me to do now to breathe better I am 56 years old. I have asthma and other health issues I believe in what you’re saying, but my nose is almost completely closed off on the left side due to breaking my nose and my late teens.
