Went to an omakase not that long ago and it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had so far. The otoro almost made me cry from how amazing it was and don’t get me started on the Japanese wagyu. Can never eat any other type of steak ever again. People think these dining experiences are expensive but you’re paying for quality. $200 is considered a bargain if you factor the quality of the food, the service, and the experience.
Omgosh... This is service right here. Absolutely beautiful. Although I can not enjoy shellfish anymore I would definitely try everything else without asking what it was lol. Yo...that shrimp or lobster.. never even seen any with such vibrance!!
Thank you for studying about sushi beforehand and showing respect to Japanese cuisine.

I'm pure Japanese, but I've never tried this type of super expensive sushi restaurant simply because I don't feel like paying that much money just for eating sushi.
I believe belt conveyor sushi which serves two pieces of sushi with decent quality for only $1 has way better value for money, so I recommend you to try it if you want to enjoy sushi with limited budget in Japan.

There are better places out there. Don't just go off of what FungBros went to. Sushi Saito probably the best/hardest to get.

tuna in japanese is maguro, otoro is the fattiest part of the belly, chutoro is mid-fatty, akami is the lean part (fillet) of the fish

NadeMEGeneration however, it is not even the 1st tier sushi restaurant in Tokyo, the average price of top sushi restaurants on Tablog is ~$300, most of them do not allow filming

We have words to translate "master of Japanese food restaurant"
Taisho 大将 - master
Oyakata 親方 - master
Okami 女将 - female master
Apart from it, We call toryo 棟梁 for master of carpenters. Idk other things but you can call master of craftmen oyakata generally.

I just want to say , thank you for coming to Japan and create a video for sushi which is one Japanese representative food WITH respect, unlike some other famous UA-camr came to Japan, bought some seafoods and then leave them on random cab, making a whole video with such looking down on Japan and Japanese if you know what I say..
