Your best place will probably be EBay or the dealer. Sorry I couldn’t help more. If I had a used head then I would have help you out.

What's the valve clearance spec on the intake and exhaust? And whats the head bolts torque spec?

This is what I set them Intake: 0.06 ~ 0.10 mm
Exhaust: 0.16 ~ 0.20 mm
And we torque the 4 Flange Bolts are 29 ft lbs, and the Allen Bolts are 14 ft. lbs.

Great video! How can I tell if the timing chain is worn out?

Check the timing chain tensioner. If it’s all the way out then the timing chain needs to be replaced and don’t forget to change the timing chain guides as well.

I’m pretty sure the piston are the same but the stroke size (length of the cylinder) will be slightly different.

Hi, on the frame of the motorcycle is the serial number. Take that number and call the dealership. They can tell you the year by that number. Thanks
