I'd love to see you guys make a shield out of a more lightweight bulletproof composite (a few layers of Kevlar, then ceramic with a steel exterior maybe?) and collab with one of UA-cam's big gun channels (Demolition Ranch maybe?) to see how bulletproof you can make it! If you can get something wieldable that can stop 5.56, 7.62, or even 50 cal, I'll be beyond impressed.

Probably because before James ball broke his hand thanks to a baseball going think what was it 90 mph was or was it in kilometres anyways he was able to hold himself up on the monkey rings and do pull ups given he probably weighs about 200 pounds that would mean he He’s able to lift himself up fighting against the force of gravity so he’s incredibly strong compared to everyone else in the shop
I know it’s basically impossible but I always imagine the marvel actors testing your recreations of there weapons, I just image Chris Evans breaking stuff with the shield or Robert Downey Jr testing the iron man gear and being amazed by it - please tell me I’m not the only one

Thats assuming the hydroform lead to 2 almost identically shaped halves which isn't likely. Also steals very heavy and that would double the weight
